Rooms were good. Had all the basic amenities. A/c makes a bit of noise. Breakfast was not that good. Good for an overnight stay.

This hotel should be removed from your available list. We arrived and the attendant at the front desk was not very professional. He handed my keys without a pouch with the room number on it. We arrive to our room to find it had no heat, the heater was in disrepair. We called for help it took over an hour to be told that they would move us and they were […] aware of the malfunctioning heater. This was at 11pm at night. In addition, the internal lock was missing, there was no fire or safey notice on the door, the room smelled of mold, the bathroom door appeared to have black mold bleeding through the horrible paint job. The phone did not work, the toilet had black crud in the rim, there were no coffee cups only clear plastic water cups for the coffee, and no TV guide. When my fiance went to get help he was treated rude and disrespectfully. When I went for help some gentleman that quite frankly looked homeless standing behind the desk told me I needed to shut the heater off and turn it back on low and let it heat up. The clerk never interjected and allowed who ever this person was to advise me. I was told at that time maintenace would be to my room. As aforementioned an hour later my fiance had to go back to the office (because the phone didn't work) and see what was going on. I wouldn't recomend this hotel to anyone!~!!!!!!!!!!! Read more

This is a welfare hotel and should not be on Hotel.com The health department should shut it down. I went to the Days Inn on Polynisian two blocks away it cost a little more but was clean, not fancy but acceptable.

Very rude front desk. The hotel from outside looks very good, but the rooms are not upto the mark. i did not have a hair dryer and got it after 3 nights- the reason 'all rooms are booked and there were no spare ones'. really disgusting response from the Front desk. Coffepot didn't work, no coffee cups, tub didn't drain properly, it was obvious that the place was spot cleaned (I could see crumbs behind the nightstand that hadn't been vaccuumed), pool not heated.

We recently stayed in this hotel for a weekend. It is a nice hotel for visiting theme parks (when your only use of room is to sleep). Remember You Get What You Pay For. Initially when I checked in, I got a room that had a damp smell. I went back to the front desk and they reassigned me to another room that was cleaner and didn't have the odor. Me quede poco contento con el servicio de desayunos que dan en el hotel, el espacio fisico es realmente pequeno e incomodo, adicional los 3 dias que me hospede el desayuno era exactamente el mismo, cafe, tostada y jugo, de hecho el tercer dia decidi salir a desayunar afuera.
