We loved the room overlooking the beach & the price was great. Some rooms only have a sideways view from their balconies though.

The hotel was a great location for a night out at Broadway on the Beach. The hotel staff were friendly, the room was presented to a good standard and there was a good choice of options at the breakfast buffet. Only downside is that it is some distance to the beach so we ended up driving there but there is plenty of parking so this wasn't a big deal.

This is an excellent hotel - lots of facilities - would recommend 5/5. Handy shuttles to beach every 5mins - the (private) beach is also 5/5 with lots of decking / showering etc

I spent 6 nights @ this hotel on our first visit to Myrtle Beach with my wife and 2 teenage sons. The hotel was ideally situated just over the road from Broadway @ The Beach, which is a safe environment to enjoy cinema's , restaurants and generally keeping families entertained. The hotel backed onto highway 17 which took you into the easy to access shopping and restaurants. Turn left from the hotel and continue down 29th avenue to the beach, 5 minutes in a car. The breakfast varied each day, with cereal and pastries aswell as hot eggs and bacon. Small pool overlooked a lake and was very pleasant to sit & relax. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

"don't stay at Myrtle Beach Resort"
When we arrived, we checked in as it was 6:30 and went to dinner and came back to the resort. Our room had not been cleaned and the front office was closed. We called Maintenance and never heard back until the maid they called in arrived at 10:00. The room was filthy...wet dirty towels everywhere, dirty linen, etc. The maid was so upset that she cleaned […] it from top to bottom, but it was 11:30 by the time she finished. She told us to be sure and tell the front desk the next morning. We did and they were very unconcerned. We stay at the beach a lot, but we will not stay here and recommend no one else stay. If management is not concerned, who would be. Would they be happy to stay in such filth? Read more

"good deals for the price"
It was good even though it rained the resort is right on the beach so we could still do that and they had an inside pool hot tub sauna and steam room. We had to get the lock number changed on our room cause it locked us out and some of the towels looked like they needed to be replaced more often but either than that my family and I had a wonderful […] time Read more
The condo was out dated but had a beautiful ocean front view. The resort was family friendly and the grounds were beautiful! The price was perfect but NO room service! You need to bring your own towels and toilet paper or pay extra for room service! I'm on vacation so I should not have to do laundry! Overall, good place for a great price!
"Nice But Not Clean."
The overall stay was ok. The location was good and convenient to things that we needed. My biggest disappointment was the filthiness of the room. The toilet had urine stains and the kitchen had a nasty film over everything including the living room coffee table. I had to sanitize everything just to sit on the couch. The first rooms air conditioner did not work. The staff was quick to change us to another room. Overall our stay was a very good experience. I would recommend this hotel.
