The 1 night stay was superb until the next morning which i have to catch a flight back to Malaysia. Was asking the reception to call us a cab for the next day flight at 6:30am but there was no cab infront of the lobby until 7am. The most surprise thing happen was when i told the reception i need a metered taxi so that i dont get cheated. Was telling […] them for 3-4times and they said ok. But when the taxi came, the taxi didn't even use the meter and just simply charge us 50.000rupiah for a very short distance to the airport. Was very devastated! Read more

The hotel is very colourful and cosy. Taxi is easy to get. Near to shopping mall and food court. However it does not provide iron or electric jug kettle for the guest. I would suggest the management to provide these items at one corner at every floor for the hotel guest to use.

Some of the taxi does not even want to use their meters going to the hotel. Ended up taking Angkot (their public transport). Hotel should have information on angkot for those who would like to try the angkot. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
