The location of this hotel is amazing, 2 blocks from Plaza Spagna and 4 blocks from Trevi Fountain. To check in you have to walk to the reception of the Concorde Hotel which is the building in front. Good Breakfast, just remeber that check out is 1130am

Even though there was a thermostat in my room, I was told that one temperature is set for all rooms in the building and that the temp of the rooms cannot be controlled individually. It was 27.5C (81F) in my room!! The front desk said I could open the window if I wanted. Unfortunately, my room faced the street, so I heard street traffic all night. Also, […] the hotel has free WiFi in the lobby, but the lobby is in the hotel across the street, and the WiFi wouldn't work well on my laptop or phone. Other than that, the room was spacious, nice and clean, and the breakfast had a pretty good selection. the hotel was updated (recently), very good location, the breakfast is ok, the room in comfortable. The unique problem is internet, is necessasry to go to the lobby of concordia hotel (in front of), in the rooms We did´nt have Internet. The staff is very friendly.

Hotel was clean and kept. Breakfast was great! The room has tendency to get too hot so we ope the windows but cant regulate window opening. Otherwise its close to everything, shopping monuments and lots of nice restaurants around. I'would stay there again!

Awesome location on a quiet street 5 minutes from Spanish Steps and short walk to Trevi Fountain. Good restaurant choices in area. Staff is across street at Concordia Hotel with free WiFi. Room is plain, but bathroom is spacious and well furnished. Breakfast buffet is very satisfying.

Hotel was easy to stay at. The double bed became 2 single beds during the night. The staff were nice and breakfast had a nice setting. The room was very dirty and needed some more attention. Very goo location.

Free wi-fi is only in the hotel lobby across the street. Things started out crazy at first when they made us walk up 5 floors to our room but overall our 3 day stay was pleasant. Breakfast was nice and rooms were clean and newly remodeled. Shower was a bright spot as well.

We travel a lot and have learned that its best to have a hotel close to where we want to visit. We picked this hotel for its location. Once we got there we were pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and comfort. The rooms are small compared to US hotels but comfortable. The elevator situation was a bit uncomfortable since the first elevator takes […] you from ground level to first floor and then you take a second elevator to go to higher floors. However, this small discomfort is well overshadowed by the hotel's excellent location. You are within minutes of walking to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. The Pantheon and Piazza Navona are just around the corner from Trevi Fountain and if you walk for another ten minutes you get to the Collesium and the old Rome. The friendliness of the hotel staff, cleanliness and comfort of our room, abondance of fine and fun dining and shopping along with the ease of getting to all the major attractions of Rome made us decide that we will definately stay at Pincio when we go back to Rome. The bathroom was beautiful and spacious...everything worked great. The beds were comfy but they used what appeared to be sleeping bags on the beds instead of the bedding that you see in the pictures. The look of the sleeping bag things was tacky, ugly and felt odd to touch. Also, it made me think of something that couldn't be washed so I didn't like […] it anywhere near my skin. The bedding actually made the room look dated and worn, even though the furnishing was new. The only other thing was that the place needed a serious paint job inside....they used flat white paint everywhere but there are dirt and scuff marks on all the walls, so it made the place seem run-down even though it isn't. The staff is across the street, so when the alarm system went off in the middle of the night, it took a while to get help....and the phone light kept blinking for no reason, which lit up the room at night, so we had to get the porter to take care of that problem twice. The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed the terrace.....I would definitely stay here again. Read more

Great place for the price. Just to be clear, this is not a 5-star hotel. Nothing fancy; older building, linoleum room floors, antique elevator, could use some paint, bathroom could use updating. I was in Rome for a rugby weekend, so didn't spend much time in my room. The room was clean and comfortable, shower was great. My only disappointment was breakfast; definitely not worth paying the extra Euro's and the room was very small so man people had to wait. A summary would be a clean basic room close to Spanish Steps.

The hotel was in a brilliant location - situated up a quiet side street, a few minutes from a shopping road/metro one way, a massive park another way,and The Spanish Steps another way! The whole building, narrow on 6 floors (with a lift!), has recently been gutted and refurbished. The hotel is located in a very nice place, the bathroom is renewed, the staff is very kind but you can`t adjust the ar conditioning under 27° C and the wi-fi is available just in another hotel in front of. At last, you must go up stairs to take the ascensor.

This is not about the Hotel Pincio as we understand that something had gone wrong with the electricity in this hotel. On arrival at the Pincio we were told that we had been upgraded to the Domus Romana as the Pincio was closed, and arrangements were made by the hotel across the road from the Pincio, to take us to this hotel by taxi. Hotel pincio has been renovated and is very modern and clean .There is no wifi in the hotel but available at the hotel Concordia across the road which manages the hotel.The front staff are delightful at Hotel Concordia and position of hotel is great.Only complaint is no English channels on TV at all only 5 digital Italian channels.

Godt hotel beliggende mellem Trevi fontenen og den spanske trappe. God morgenmad der blev serveret på tagterrassen. Første nat var hotellet overbooket, så vi blev indkvarteret på hotellet på den andre siden af gaden. Personalet flyttede selv vores kofferter over til det rigtige hotel næste dag. Ikke noget problem. Gå afstand til det centrale Rom.

Bra hotell med utmärkt läge som utgångspunkt. Lungt och tyst men ändå mitt i. Små rum som funkar kanske mest på grund av rejäla badrum. Måste vara nyligen renoverat då det var "modern standard". Trevligt med frukost på taket men kanske inte den bästa hotellfrukost som ätits. Kan bo där igen!

Hotelli oli melkoinen pettymys verrattuna kuviin ja hotellin itsestään antamiin tietoihin. Huonetta ei oltu remontoitu pariin kymmeneen vuoteen, se oli kovin pieni ja lähes tulkoon kaikki kalusteet olivat aikaa nähneitä. Ei lainkaan kuten kuvissa! Todettakoon vielä, että aamiainen oli tasoltaan huonoin mitä Italiassa on tullut vastaan.

Pincio er nyrenoveret, men det er gået lidt for hurtigt: 1.nat blev vi installeret på hotellet over for (Concordia-ang samme ejer) pga problemer med det elektriske system. Der var lagt en flaske champagne på køl på begge vores lejede værelser - fin gestus. På Pincio kunne døren til toilet og bad ikke holdes lukket, vi havde ikke internet-forbindelse […] 3 ud af 4 dage (måtte så gå over i Concordias fælles-reception) og mørklægningsgardinet var ikke monteret så det kunne lukke helt. Det ikke-nyrenoverede Concordia virkede mere komfortabelt. Yderst venligt imødekommende personale (fælles for de to hoteller) ,god standard på renlighed og super beliggenhed i forhold til de centrale seværdigheder, metro, teater og lokalt supermarked. Hotellet har ingen reception i egen bygning. Receptionen findes i Hotel Concordia beliggende lige overfor. Her er personalet til gengæld meget hjælpsomme. Morgenmadsrestauranten er beliggende på 6. sal ud til hotellets lille tagterrasse. .Som supplement til den efter italiensk standard gode morgenmadsbuffet kan der bestilles espresso m.m.

Pincio ligger mycket centralt mellan Spanska Trappan och Fontana Di Trevi. Hotellets gemensamma ytor är små och trappan smal men vårt rum var stort och luftigt med fräsch känsla. För oss som var på en par-weekend var det perfekt. Frukosten kanske inget att höja till skyarna men ändå färskt bröd, hårdkokt ägg, croissanter, yogurt och många olika söta […] tillbehör. Vi bodde på Pincio 4 nätter och var det perfekta utgångsläget för att utforska Rom till fots. Nära till allt! Mycket fräscht hotell, mysig, men liten takterass. Frukosten enkel jämförelsevis med svensk standard men ändå helt ok med bröd, juice, kokta ägg och yoghurt. Wi-fi fungerade på rummet, till motsats vad andra skrivit förut.
