Riverside Bamboo Resort - Hoi An

The only thing is that the front desk staff doesn't speak too much English, much like the rest of the hotel staff in Vietnam. Great service overall and best hotel I stayed at throughout my 2 week trip in Vietnam. The only thing is that they advertise massage and spa treatments that take place in the hotel rooms. Plus is that you don't have to leve the […] room but the minus is that they actually either lied or didn't understand our question and they didn't bring a separate message table so you get body scrub, massage everything under the sun in the bed you sleep in. That's a little strange. The staff gives you a little souvenir at end of stay and the overall atmosphere of this villa is excellent overall! Our family loved the pool and the grounds and the outdoor patio seating. The rooms were spacious and lovely. Two tiny complaints: the sliding doors were difficult to lock; and the bath needed a place to hang the handheld shower nozzle so you could rinse yourself hands-free! We had a lovely stay at the bamboo resort with our two girls. It was a quiet, peaceful and comfortable resort, with excellent and helpful staff. It is a 5 minute walk from a bank, and restaurants,cafes and local market. Hiring a bike from the hotel makes the trip into Hoi An old town or out to the beaches a quick and easy journey. リバービューの部屋は、とても良かった。街の中心からは徒歩で30分〜40分だけれど、バイクの往来も少なく、静かな時間が過ごせました。一般スタッフとの会話は、カタコト英語でだけれど、フロントスタッフは、確認事項については、文字に書いてくれるなど、安心できました。
