Service was excellent. Staff went out of way to make sure I was awake in time for an early morning flight, called a taxi for me, etc. Very pleasant young man. Would like to have been closer to the airport but it worked out okay.

After a long flight we were anticipating getting to our room and relaxing and cleaning up. However, we arrived at the Apple Guest House, (which is pretty hard to find, even with a taxi), to find no one to let us in. We knocked on the door and rang the bell, no one came. It is not a hotel. We got a second floor walkup with no air conditioning. It was clean, but not at all what I was expecting for the amount of money it cost. One reason I chose it was its nearness to the airport. However, we came into a different terminal and the cab ride cost us @ $40.

This was a great place to stay in London. You do need to realize though that it is a persons house and you stay on the second floor while they live downstairs. It is adequately sectioned off but you just need to know that. Was a great location and the room was good.

It was an excellent place to stay before going on an early morning flight from Heathrow. The taxi was booked by the owner and it arrived on time. A working alarm clock in the bedroom would have been helpful for me. It was a good job I had taken an alarm clock and my mobile phone alarm.

I used this b & b as an overnight stay due to its proximity to Heathrow airport. It is ideally situated for this purpose, and staff on booking in ask if a taxi is required the next day. Unfortunately my taxi failed to arrive, but the extremely helpful lady who works at the b & b got her equally helpful husband to drop me and my children off at the airport, […] thank you! Just a word of warning if you have children with you and wish to eat at the pheasant pub, they don't have a room inside for families, so we had to sit outside. This is a pleasant guest house. In a converted house, it is basic but clean and comfortable. The en suite was fine and the room ample sized for two people. The proximity to heathrow is a big postive though as it is literally just round the corner. Free parking is available on the drive too for 2 cars.

Laatste week van april 2013 in dit hotel verbleven gedurende zeven nachten. Ik kan niet anders zeggen: geweldige service en kamers! Ik kwam 's ochtends om half 10 bij het hotel aan en kon officieel pas om 17.00u inchecken. Speciaal voor mij werd, zonder extra kosten, mijn hotelkamer voor me klaargemaakt. Binnen 20 minuten zat ik op mijn eigen kamer […] met een goede Wi-Fi verbinding. Alles wat ik nodig had werd acuut geregeld, geen probleem. De eigenaren zijn ook zeer vriendelijk en checken af en toe hoe het met je gaat. Voor mensen die een grootschalig hotel willen vermijden maar wel dicht bij Heathrow willen verblijven, is Apple House ideaal. Het hotel is eigenlijk een omgebouwd woonhuis met vijf hotelkamers. Supermarkten zitten op 10 minuten lopen, evenals een pinautomaat. Op 1 minuut lopen zit een prima restaurant met gezellige pub waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Met openbaar vervoer naar Londen duurt ongeveer 45min. Eventuele nadelen: de wijk is wat minder, lijkt een achterstandsbuurt. De kamers zijn redelijk gehorig. Read more

普通の家のゲストハウスですが、空港から無料のバスで行ける範囲内でwi-fiが無料で使えるので本当にトランジット用の一泊に最適です。事前にカード払いをしたおかげで、一切イギリスポンドの現金を使わずに過ごせました。また働いてるスタッフの女性も非常に親切です。ただシングルルームは非常に狭くて大きなトランクは荷物を広げる場所があまりないかもしれません。
