    Situated in the heart of Oulu, Hotel Lasaretti is close to Tietomaa, Oulu Cathedral, and Raati Stadium. Also nearby are Oulun Energia Areena and Oulu Market Square.

    Kaikki perustarpeet tulivat hyvin täytetyiksi. Huone oli erittäin siisti, kaikki oli hyvässä kunnossa ja aamiainen erinomainen. Ainoa puute on ravintolan kiinniolo sunnuntaina, tosin muita ravintoloita on kävelyetäisyydellä. Palvelu oli ystävällistä.

    Alue on harvinaisen miellyttävä ja tilat rauhalliset ja siistit. Tulimme iltakoneella ja yllätys oli suuri kun ravintola ja baari olivat kiinni jo ennen kymmentä. Markkinoinnissa olisi myös voinut reilusti mainita hotellin yleishyödyllinen ylläpitäjä. Meille se olisi ollut lisäarvo.

    Lasaretti vaikuttaa ehdottomasti suosittelun arvoiselta. Olin yhden yön marraskuussa. Lähellä Oulun keskustaa idyllisellä ja kauniilla paikalla Oulujoen rannassa. Ilmeisesti ei ketjuhotelli, joten oikein mukavaa vaihtelua ketjuhotelleille. Ei mitään moittimista: arvostelu menisi hyvin lähellä viittä tähteä, mutta annetaan neljä.

    Vietimme Lasaretissa kolme yötä. Hotelli sijaitsee upealla paikalla Hupisaarten Ainolanpuiston kulmassa ja Oulujoen varrella. Kaunis puisto tarjosi oivallisen kohteen iltakävelyille. Keskustaan on kävelymatka. Hotellihuoneet sijaitsevat erillisessä rakennuksessa, johon on oma sisäänkäynti. Oma sisäänkäynti tarjoaa yksityisyyttä, ei tarvitse joka kerta […] ravata vastaanoton läpi. Huone oli ok mukava, siisti ja ikkunasta avautui kaunis näköala joelle. Palvelu oli erinomaista ja aamiainen runsas. Hotellista on mahdollista vuokrata polkupyöriä.     Hotelli oli tosi kauniilla paikalla lähellä keskustaa. Aamiaistiedot olivat väärin käytävien info-tv:ssä, mutta tätä ei tunnuttu pitävän tärkeänä, kun asiasta huomautin. Huoneen info-tv:ssä tiedot olivat oikein. Varauksen mukaan olisi pitänyt saada huone jokinäköalalla, sen sijaan sain näkymän sisäpihalle.     Miellyttävä hotellikokemus, suosittelen. Huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä, sängyt mukavia ja sisustus toimiva. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamiainen oli laadukas ja monipuolinen mutta ei kuitenkaan brunssimainen. Hotellin kuntosali (auki klo 22 asti) oli iso ja laitteiden tekniikaltaan mielenkiintoinen, joskin irtopainojen puuttuminen […] kokonaan vähän ihmetyttää. Ainoa varsinainen miinus hotellista tulee sen hieman hankalasta sijainnista junamatkustajan kannalta: se sijaitsee 20-30 min kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemalta ja ainakaan itse en huomannut, että ihan läheltä suoraan rautatieasemalle menisi bussia (mutta voin olla väärässäkin).     Erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä huone jokinäkymin. Äänieristys ontui tässäkin hotellissa. Viereisen huoneen pariskunnan keskustelu kuului ikävästi seinän läpi. Matkustin syöpäsairaana, joten pyysin etukäteen hotellilta muutamaa ylimääräistä palvelua. Toisesta olin valmis maksamaan ylimääräistä. Eipä onnistunut.
