It was a good hotel room and close to where we wanted to be. The only thing wrong was that the recliner was broken but still kind of comfortable. We'd stay there again.

Although motel was a little dated it was clean and well maintained. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was usual fare, low on protein so not best for special dietary requirements. Overall a very good value for price. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was clean, but had to have our room keys reprogrammed 3 times before we could enter our room upon checkin. It was a bit frustrating as the rooms aren't convenient to the lobby, The desk clerk had to come and let us in. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I encountered three different desk clerks and they were all very nice. The outside of the hotel does not look... appealing at all but the room was fairly nice, not elaborate by any means. The room was clean. It is a good value for the price. The pillows were comfortable as was the bed. The continental breakfast was similar to many, no hot food, but simple, cold, ready to eat foods. `This is right next to U of Idaho in Moscow. Older two star hotel that has been somewhat refurbished - it was clean and for a $65 hotel per night it was fine. It is fine for college activities for parents and is just a simple but clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location to Moscow downtown and Pullman is very convenient

Great location, clean but old rooms. Outside of hotel is pretty old and rundown, inside is plain jane, BUT most importantly it was clean. Helpful staff, not a great breakfast even for continental, but for the price it was worth the money.

First off you don't earn welcome rewards for this property which stinks. Also you have to pay direct to hotel upon arrival as they only advertise with hotels.com and don't have a contract with them. Rooms were nice and clean , kitchenette with lots of storage space for extended stay. No desk and bed was ok.

Comfortable beds, large room. Hotel was in need of a face-lift and we had to turn on the fan to block out the traffic sounds. Excellent location for a volleyball tournament at the University of Idaho. Very nice staff.

You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel. I would stay here again for a quick weekend. We went down to visit some friends and we were so busy we didnt spend a lot of time in the room. Location to UI campus is very convenient, right on main street thru Moscow. I was in town for 1 night, picking my daughter up for holiday break. Good storage / closet space in the rooms, with a 2 burner unit, sink, microwave, dorm size fridge. Former dorm/student housing? Walking to campus is easy, and a few shops in the neighborhood. Mid week, middle […] of December, very low occupancy, of course, as I have seen the Inn busy. Interior was clean, basic linens and service. Age and usage of building is obvious, updates/maintenance, which seems to be in a slow process. Exterior is unappealing, as the paint is weathering off the buildings, and entrance not inviting, however it does look like updates are supposed to be in progress. We needed a place to stay for our daughter's graduation in Pullman, but all Pullman hotels were booked. The Idaho Inn was easy to find and offers very acceptable, but basic comforts, no frills. Our room was close to the busy road and somewhat loud, but the bed was comfortable, room clean, and basic breakfast quite adequate.

I was nervous when we first saw the hotel. It is a bit run down and out dated. Some of the carpet was coming up and stained in the room. The bath didn't drain. The television didn't work.
