"3 nights & 4 days in Roma"
I had an absolutely comfortable stay. Cost effective & closer to tube (Vittorio Emanuelle) / train station (Rome Termini). Hotel staffs are very friendly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel at first was a little scary. Walk up to the hotel was dark but once into the hotel it was okay. Staff was very friendly and helpful but they are not 24 hours. So if you need them at night they are unavailable. Overall hotel was nice for a place to rest your head and wash up.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very close to Metro station."
It was in a very quite environment and was close to many restaurants, attractions like spanish steps and colosseum was just a station or two away. Staff was very nice and flexible. Tram stop was also very close.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Inn central - budget hotel"
Stayed for 5 nights. Booked this budget hotel (£50-£60) per day. As long as you don't have too high expectations, this hotel has all the necessities for a hotel (Ie. Hairdryer, clean bathroom, TV. Etc). The pictures make the hotel look much better then it actually is. Location excellent , we walked everyday and you can get to the coliseum in 10 minutes. […] In a relatively poor area of Rome however we never felt in danger. The staff are okay, however if you want helpful information than go elsewhere. Very quiet however this will change depending on the other guests in the hotel. We only wanted a comfortable room to sleep in which was close to centre however I would not recommend for those who have high hotel expectations. But what you get is what you pay for, it was the cheapest hotel around. The extra money you save can be spent on food, museums etc. Hope this was helpful Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Guest house is modest but ok. The room was clean, generally 4+. Minus a non-working TV. No dishes in the kitchen. Great location, good price. I would recommend.

"Better than expected "

If you're going for the first time to Rome, depending on where you came from, you might get slightly scarried by the surrounding stores and groups. However, during the 4 nights I stayed here, I had no relevant complaints. Very well located, just beside a metro station, close to some useful stores, clean rooms and nice bilingual (or more) receptionist. The building itself is not fancy but since you probably won't go to Rome to stay inside, it's no problem at all. The room is worth its price. PS. Have in mind that the city charges € 3.50 per person per night, extra to the booking fees. That's for all hotels apparently.
"The rooms are good, but the location..."
10/29/14 Carolina_Ramalho Recife, PE
The location is awful, I heard that I was in a unsafe area of Rome... Despite of that, it is close to the train station, which is good! The guesthouse is on a comercial building... The rooms and the bathroom are great, really clean and quite modern. Another thing that I didn´t like is that there is nobody at the reception during the night, so when you check in you receive the keys of the building. I wouldn´t stay there again, but it was ok...
"Their answer is horrible!!"
07/29/14 MCsuecia Malmo, Sweden
I wrote an opinion based on my experience and the answer from Inn Central is equally aggressive and unpleasant as my experience at this hotel. And I think even fun for the person who responds ask me where I read that the living room will be a nice room... for those who think staying there: I am not the only one to have this view of this place, read even the reply I received and you will realize what I am talking about.
"Worst hotel EVER!"
We reserved the hotel with 33 euros, and we arrived at 11 pm that night. The neighborhood is really ugly and scary! Its dirty with all these graffiti all over the walls. The entrance to the building is disappointing!! When we arrived, we had to ring th doorbell like 10 times for the receptionst to finally open! The hotel is in the third floor, so when we got upstairs to our reservation. She told us all rooms were booked and that she didnt have any rooms available. We replied telling her we had a 33 euro reservation done and her response was "THATS NOT MY PROBLEM!". She was sooo rude! So we had to walk around with our bags at 12 at night all over room looking for a place to stay! DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
"Ok hotel, GREAT location to the train station"
04/22/14 cynthia p Stuttgart, Germany
I booked this hotel on Booking.com and thought it was just OK. It's nothing special, but the train station was just outside the building. The receptionists were ok as well, but not super helpful. It also didn't help that the tiny a/c unit in the room was barely blowing out any air and it was hot during our visit. This hotel is located in one of the poor areas of Rome, but we still felt safe even when we would get back to our room late at night. A downside to this area that we didn't know of until we got there, is that it seems to be Rome's Chinatown. So if it's your first time in Rome and you're in the mood for some Italian cuisine after your flight, don't bet on finding too many italian cafés so easily here. There's lots of Asian run clothing stores and LOTS of Asian restaurants and even Italian/Asian fusion restaurants. Overall, this is an average place to stay.
"clean but very rude staff"
01/30/14 BelleJ752 New York City, New York
the area is like little china town but very close to all the sights. unfortunately our room was facing the street which was kind of loud at night. the room was basic equipped but clean. the duvet was not warm though and also the duvet cover was kind of old. it´s an okay place for a short term stay but be prepared that the staff does not speak all the languages they pretend to speak on their website / booking.com. furthermore, they are very rude!
"InnCentral-a promised standard that fails to materialize!"
01/02/14 MCsuecia Malmo, Sweden
We arrived on Christmas day and were really disappointed at the entrance. Down and dirty. We hoped that the room would save their but it became even worse with broken lights and a small balcony that could not be used because it was besieged with some type of ventilation equipment. The pictures on booking.com with a nice living room with the possibility to cook some tea, we saw no smoke of, perhaps the luxury suite? But the shock came when the receptionist was really hostile as soon as we asked if it was possible to change rooms. Rude and aggressive. Not recommended!!
"not worth it!!"
06/04/13 Gaille Y Cebu Island, Philippines
We stayed there for 4 nights. The blonde haired lady receptionist was lazy in giving tips and informations about rome. It's normal for us to ask since we were first timers there. She told us that there's no grocery stores in the place. We found out later that there was a store in the next block near the hotel. When we booked it online,it stated there that there was breakfast. But then we found out that there wasn't breakfast included. The aircon was broken as well!! She was also rude to us. We asked if we could print something and we were willing to pay. Although she agreed, she was frowning and was irritated. She made it obvious by breathing so hard loudly and stomping things in her table. She was very rude. We were customers as well. The room was okay but it was dirty. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

We did not know anything about Rome hotels so we just booked this hotel through Expedia because of it's location but, it was not a hotel. It was a guest house on the third floor of a townhouse. When you enter the building, odor is welcoming you. Room is not very big but, clean. The window did not close properly so the room got cold and noisy during night. I could not get good sleep. There was no tea/coffe maker as stated by the hotel on Expedia. There was no breakfast served as mentioned by other reviewers. They give you key to enter the building and guest house. If you lose your key, no way to enter. It's location was very good, near by Termini, metro station and tourist attractions. WIFI worked very well (was a big plus). When we were checking out, had problem with the lady at reception. This lady was also cleaning the rooms, spoke very little English (was not an Italian). Eventhough city tax does not apply to children under 11 years, she also charged our 8 year old child. There are many hotels in the area with similar prices. Not worth it.
"No one opened at night and horrible customer service"
11/08/12 Aupaelfary Madrid, Spain
Thanks god the taxi driver spoke with another neighbour hostel and they took us to the apartment. Inncentral is always closed after 6 so even if you tell your arriving time in advance they will not be there (THIS IS NOT A GUESTHOUSE!! the lady told us after not showing for 2 days and not listened to our complaints) The Machiavelli Apartment was extremely cold, there was only a heater in a corner of the house (not working properly) and the rest of the place was like a freezer. The kitchen was broken. She told us that was working anyway . Who the hell is gonna cook with small pieces of cristals inside? quite dangerous... The second night we left, my parents had a cold thanks to the poor conditions of the heating and the freezing bathroom with no heating at all... Not recommended at all, specially for the bad customer service!!!
