      We are very satisfy with this hotel. It is located in 5 minutes walking distance from Florence central station. Excellent restaurant next door with 10% for hotel guests. We stayed in one of the unit with kitchen. There are supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is buffet style with many choices. Hotel staff is very helpful. They even helped us to print out train tickets when we purchased on line. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we went to Florence again.

      The staff here were fabulous, even calling our hotel in Rome before we left them to ask a question for us. The room for two adults, a 6'+ 15 yr old and a 16 yr old was more then big enough and bright and airy. The bell tower outside the window was beautiful. Staying here you are close to the Duomo and convenient to the train station, which is fabulous when you are training between cities in Rome. We would most definitely stay here again!

    I was put in the room without bathroom whereas I paid for an en-suite. They kept saying "we dont have one" without apologising me first, looking at me like "what can I do about it?". They also forced me to pay without me totally convinced about the situation saying "I need to do my job. You pay or go". And they added extra to the price saying "its tourist […] tax in florence which every visitor needs to pay". but it wasnt stated on my confirmation email through this website. Its B&B even though it doesnt say it anywhere on the website, there is no one apart from your check-in time. The kitchen is not stocked very well for breakfast and no one there to serve either. there were hardly anything. and its far from the central. I hated every minute of my stay. It totally ruined my vacation. Read more
