      I was a bit skeptical when I read "best hotel in the americas". It was certainly the best hotel I ever stayed in over 40 years of traveling. It is closed to outsiders not staying at the hotel so it is not overrun and the staff is there to serve the hotel guests only, and boy oh boy do they do it. I can only say if you are anywhere close, stay there. It is heaven.

    Es hotel nuevo, pero es muy básico. La atención no es su caracteristica, pero son amables. Queda un poco lejos del centro de Bariloche. Para ser nuevo, no tiene las mejores instalaciones, pero es comodo y limpio.
