Very comfortable beds and pillows. The sheets and duvet round out a very restful sleep. We enjoyed the 3rd floor suite on our stay, which included a large outdoor patio and Jacuzzi tub! In the warm evenings of BA, you really can't beat a glass of Malbec, star gazing and sitting in the Jacuzzi. The garden is this beautiful, peaceful, and quite courtyard between buildings. The pool is small, but clean and refreshing. Sitting out in the garden is like having your own backyard in this neighborhood - which IS very Soho. The neighborhood is fun and close to so many things to do. The rooms are a little small - but sufficient, as the common areas in the hotel are comfortable enough to use like a living room. Tucked on a side street 1 block from Plaza Serrano, right next to plenty of restaurants/ boutiques, L'Hotel Palermo was a wonderful garden retreat in the city of Buenos Aires. My room was spotless, it was not large but who cares as I was only in it to sleep, and the bed and linens were quite comfy. I usually feel invisible at hotels but not here. I […] actually learned the names of several staff members: Lionel, Adrian, Santiago and Virginia because they were so helpful to me. They were pleasant and went out of their way to answer my questions and offer suggestions. I felt personally welcomed when I came in at night. The street markets, especially San Telmo on Sunday, were fun. It was also interesting to see a number of places that were bars by night filled by day with racks of clothing, leather goods and jewelry. And by each rack was often the designer. I saw so much that was made in Argentina, even the china I ate from was made locally. BA is called the Paris of the southern hemisphere for good reason. Beautiful and urban, but more 'exotic' than Europe. Here, I did not find much translated to English. I went to 3 museums and 0 had English translations of their exhibits. I only ran into Americans in the most touristy of areas. But don't get me wrong, there were enough people that spoke English. Everyone was very hospitable. Fresh squeezed juices and fresh fruits as well as baked goods, cereals, ham, and cheese for breakfast in a lovely room opening out into the garden. This recently opened hotel in Palermo is a gem. The owner is from the States who has taken several years to remodel the hotel and it is just now being discovered. It has a beautiful courtyard with a small pool and is extremely comfortable. Highly recommended.

Awesome hotel. From the outside does not look like much, but you will be very happy once inside. The courtyard is great and we used the roof top sun deck to chill after long days checking out BA. The staff were amoung the best we have encountered on any of our trips. We were in BA for 5 days and by far the Palermo area is the best place to stay.

Kjempekoselig hotell med veldig god service. God frokost til å være Argentina. Gratis rødvisflaske og ubegrenset med gratis vannflasker. Veldig trivlig område. Hyggelig bakhage med svømmebaseing og solstoler. Fikk lov å disponere et hotellrom og alle hotellets fasiliteter etter at vi hadde sjekket ut.
