The hotel is in a great location for shopping, we didn't venture any further than the surrounding area as we were only there for the day. The staff are also extremely helpful. The airline has lost my baggage and were going to deliver the next evening. The concierge staff called up the airline to ensure that it was going to be delivered. When it had not turned up, the staff and called around and accepted delivery of my luggage at 1am! A big thank you to the concierge staff for taking car of this for me!

Good location. Offered a free shuttle to Chinatown, Bikut Bintang and Suri KLCC. The breakfast was okay but nothing spectacular.

Had a problem with the airconditioning. Had to try about 3 different rooms before we found one that the air conditioning worked or the toilet was not constantly running. The hotel is convenient for monorail and shopping. Pretty good breakfast.

We got the 2 bedroom unit so it came w the dining area, small kitchen and living room, conducive for family chat, card games at night. can do light cooking as well. overall it was very comfortable and on the last day we were even treated to a lion dance..

A truly accessible hotel to places of interest including Chinatown and the Bukit Bintang shopping and entertainment belt. Those who drive may experience traffic jams and difficulty getting a parking lot near to the hotel.

The walls were very thin in the hotel, I could hear the next doors tv being on and also I could hear people coming in and out of their rooms. There was no mini bar or kettle for coffee/tea making. There was also a few steps before you got to go up to ground floor lift which makes it difficult to bring up your luggage. チャイナタウンでの食事、ブキビンタンでのショッピングのために、こちらのホテルを利用しました。安い屋台街には、歩いてすぐに行け、ブキビンタンにも、行きは歩きで行って、帰りは、夜遅くなったり、荷物が多くなったときに、モノレールで、最寄のマハラジャレラまで乗って、そこからは、徒歩5分ちょっとでした。スタッフもとても親切でした。熱めのシャワーが好きなので、シャワーのお湯がもうちょっと熱いのが出れば、もっと最高でした。

Ligger godt placeret i chinatown. Ingen wifi på værelses men i Fællesrummet. Lidt lille værelse når der skal være 3 kufferter på gulvet. Ingen kaffemaskine som lovet. Men afgjort til fint hotel til prisen

価格の割には、ベッドや枕の寝心地は良かった。シャワーのみで、トイレとの境界が無いため、便器がビショビショに濡れます。タオルもバスタオルのみなので、フェイスタオル持参が望ましい。スリッパもありません。ドライヤーは部屋に無く、貸出です（無料）。一台しかないらしく、夜はドライヤー待ちでした。（朝はすぐ借りれた）チャイナタウンのアーケードのすぐ南で、観光に便利。エクスペディアの地図とは位置が異なるので注意を。ホテルで空港までのタクシーを呼んでくれる。（来るのは30分後。）支払はタクシードライバーではなく、ホテルに直接。８０リンギットだったが、100リンギット出すと、20のお釣りが無いと言われ、うやむやのままお釣りを返してくれなかった。フロントの人は気さくな人たちだったので、ご愛嬌と思い諦めましたが（ […] 笑） Read more
