We loved our stay at Costa DOr. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. We wanted a beautiful, romantic setting, and that is exactly what we got. It is very quiet and a wonderful place to unwind. The food is excellent and the staff are all very nice. It is a hike to the beach, so you need to be a little adventerous, but once you get there you will love it. We will definitely return.

It is a very relaxing place, especially good if you know French, because all the entertainment in the evening is in French. It a great with children, they have children activities there, also in French, but kids learn it fast. The only thing is that if you rent a car, you should print a map off the web before going there, it's not on the local maps and GPS does not recognize it. If you like boardwalks and lots of cafes, it's not for you.

Perfect location - steps away from beach, antique tram, kyak rental, and the promenade. Breakfast was good - lots of fruit, flakey croissants, good coffee. Staff consistently helpful, even without a lot of English. No air conditioning but good ceiling fan in rooms facing the port. Several excellent sunsets. We loved the little colored lights on the badmitton birdie-like toys the young men flew along the port after dark. Very laid back vacation.

The hotel was beautiful and the location could not have been better. The only thing which they did not provide that I would have enjoyed was service on the beach but I would definitely go there again

The original walled Old Town of Alcúdia is well worth a visit for its reconstructed medieval streets and Roman remains. By contrast the resort area is thoroughly modern with high-rise hotels and tourist shops around the bay. Hotel spotless apart from grotty carpets in public areas.Service great (too fast removing plates which was irritating after a week!) Reception great. Food always found something to eat..not the best all inc but was good for the £. Location not far from a beach, plenty around but typical resort. Rooms small for 4 people and noisy all night so wouldnt […] return. Double bed and bunks which were old and inconvenient (kids needed help to get up and down..Pool area too small (sunbeds reserved and left all day despite a sign saying not to)broken sunbeds and parasols. Entertainment dire. That chicken wants stuffing! not entertainment for a kid to walk round the pool to a chicken song! sorry and its a shame cos such good staff! Read more

All inklusive. Man tröttnade efterhand. Prisvärd. Personal från hotelet var kanon! Men rummet sängar är mkt dålig. Inredning är dålig. Det som var positiv var fri parkering och nära till stranden. Största negativ var internet. Det stod att det skulle vara fri internet men det var det inte 10 min = 1 € DYRT.

Kan inte rekommenderas för barnfamiljer eller fler än 2 gäster. Alla rum är likadana och de klämmer in 4 personer i de. Rummen är 5 x 2,5m ~12m2 och på det utrymmet finns 4 sängar och möbler. Balkongen är lika små som rummen och finns knappt plats till 2 stolar, går inte att vistas längre stund varken på balkong eller rum. Även om jag fick bokat ett […] rum via hotels.com och fick bekräftat att det skall vara 2 king-size sängar så fick vi inte det, sådana rum existerar inte på detta hotell. Hotellet är i behov av renovering men det var väl städat överallt. Personallen var riktigt trevliga och hjälpsamma på alla sätt. Pol-området är trångt och det räckte inte med liggsängar till alla. Maten smakade likadant och hade storköks "bamba" smak, inget grillat nån gång, mycket friterat matrester från tidigare mål.. Vinet var inte drickbart och alla alkohol drycker var av billigaste sorten. Underhållningen var OK ...De fördelar hotellet har är att den ligger nära underbara Muro stranden och i lugnt område runt om. Vi skall inte gå tillbaks till detta hotell och kan inte rekommendera det till andra som är fler än 2 och vill äta och dricka gott. Read more
