Excellent hotel - a little out of the centre but in easy walking distance of all the main attractions. Very comfy, clean and spacious room with a modern bathroom. The breakfasts were particularly good.

hotel ok for short visit breakfast included was good enjoyed it .not many places to eat in the area so ate in venice when sightseeing the journey into venice took 20minutes on the reliable bus service and 20 minutes on water bus good value for money
