Overall not a bad place to stay for the money. Very quiet (while we were there). Location is good (right down the street from the Titatanic attraction/museum, but at the west end of the "strip"-still very close to a lot of the attractions. The staff/owner (I'm assuming) are not very talkative but they get the job done. I guess my only complaint would […] be that they came into the room when we were gone to clean, but they have a "clean room" card to put on the door handle outside but they come in and clean whether you have the card hanging on the door knob or not-kind of defeats the purpose. The room was clean. The owner (I'm assuming he was the owner) was very nice and informative. Great selection of breakfast for complimentary. The room had extra blankets and stayed at a comfortable temperature. An overall great experience.

I would not even give this place a 1 star. Didn't feel or look clean. Holes in the sheets, no dresser in the room. Floors creek and lampshade has holes in it and you see see daylight come thru the crack of the door. Didnt even want to try the contiental breakfast. Run!

I knew I was booking cheap, so I didn't expect much. The first room we were sent to had a suitcase, hair products, and a cheeseburger sitting in the room. Room #2 was at least not someone elses. The carpets were filthy, but the beds were clean and the bathroom was "sanitized"... You get what you pay for :/

Unfriendly & not helpful staff. Old rooms, furniture torn. Blankets old & dirty looking. Towels thin. A/C very noisy. Ice cost a quarter a bucket. Not my kind of place. Will not stay there again.

This hotel was the worst I have encountered in many years. The office at check in smelled terrible, the room is constructed of concrete blocks, the lamps look like something from the 60's, the toliet nearly overflowed with every flush, the door was so swollen it would not close- we literally had to grab the door knob and run forward to close it. Wifi […] was weak which the owner said was due to the concrete block walls,and the steps and balcony were in declining condition. The beds were comfortable but when we booked this room it said the hotel had been recently renovated- there was no sign of renovation. Really awful so I guess you get what you pay for. Read more

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. We could hear the TV in the next room. After about 5 minutes a man came to the front desk & he wasn't friendly at all. When we went to the room the ac was off & the room smelled nasty. The room smelled so bad I was tempted to sleep in my vehicle.

I was so happy to stay here. My family and I not only recieved a great rate, even pet friendly, but it was comfortable. The owner was extremly nice and made us feel welcomed. This is a great hotel to stay. The you get a lot with an affordable rate. The showers are big, great water pressure, and never seemed to run out of hot water. There was a fridge in the room. The service desk is open 24 hours. Someone is always there. The people there are very friendly, and helpful. They have a number you can call to have different tickets […] deliver to the hotel, without all that timesharing lectures. The breakfast is pretty deceit. You have eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, different muffins, oatmeal, cereal, bagles, toast, orange juice, milk , and coffee. They keep it fully stocked from 6am-10am. The pool is always clean. We were close enough to everything we wanted to do. But yet just off the strip away from all the traffic. You will not be disappointed, if you stay at this hotel. We will be staying there everytime we visit Branson. Read more

Furniture outdated, carpet was loose and had stains on it, a/c hardly worked...stayed on for 5 minutes and off for 20 minutes at a time so if it is 90+ degrees outside you will be miserable, you could hear everything in the rooms above you, they charged for ice which I thought was a little much, there was only one person that worked there that spoke […] well enough english to get by. I had a miserable stay there, didn't sleep that much because of all the above. Was even afraid to use toilet and take shower because I has afraid it wasn;t clean. I read the other reviews and trusted them......but must of been the owners that wrote it. The people operating this motel bent over backwards to keep us happy. The internet did not work when we first got there but the manager made sure it was taken care of immediately. Everything worked fine after that. We were there for three days and found the motel to be most satisfactory. Not only was it the best value, it's location was pretty much in the heart of all the things we had planned to do. The new owner is a great guy and easy to get along with. We definitely would recomend America's Best Value Inn to anyone wanting to save money on their stay. We will most likely stay there again.
