Absolutely loved the Golden Temple Hotel a real little gem can thoroughly recommend a stay here. Just returned from a trip had a 3 night stay - the staff were fantastic can't do enough for you. Try it out you will not be dissapointed.
"Great value"Reviewed by Gill M of "Derbyshire" on Apr 10, 2012
Soria Moria was very comfortable and represents excellent value for money. It's in a nice and quiet location, a little way out of the centre (but an easy walk to the main attractions). The hot tub was nice!
"Great location with a fantastic pool"Reviewed by Phil B of "Holy Island UK" on Apr 2, 2012
We stayed at the New Angkorland Hotel for 2 weeks in March. We'd already been to Siem Reap in December and done all the temples, so this was pure relaxation at the end of a 3 month trip. I chose this hotel because of the pool and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The pool is beautifully kept and the water temperature is perfect for cooling down in the heat. There are 5 floors and 2 lifts here, so fine for people who don't do stairs. The wifi was decent enough with the occasional hiccup, but nothing major. It's a 10 minute amble to the main area and Pub Street, so if you don't want to fork out for a tuk tuk ($1 or $2), it's near enough to walk. The staff were brilliant ! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always had a smile and a friendly greeting for everyone. There is a laundry next door to the hotel which charges $1 a kilo. Here's a tip for those using a Cash Passport or similar. ALL the banks charge between $3 and $6 for withdrawals apart from one called Canadia Bank (here it's FREE). It's in the main town at a fork in the road near the Beeline main office (phone network). There is also a really good Indian restaurant opposite. Doesn't look much, but the food's really good. I hope you enjoy Siem Reap as much as we did !

"Siddharta is very convenient"
My husband and I stayed at Siddharta for 3 nights in March 2012. The hotel is very nice and clean, rooms are big, pool is super relaxing, restaurant is simple and nice and te service is EXCELLENT. I was very impressed by that. Staff were friendly, helpful, they took the time to explain every single detail, and you can tell they're doing there best yo […] make feel welcome. The hotel is 10 min drive from The pub street, but they have private tuck-tuck drivers, so that was not a problem... and anyway, even if the hotel is 2 blocks from pub street, is so hot you can't walk that much! Close to the temples, they have all figured it out! No problems at all! Read more
