The hotel is reasonably well sited and in walking distance of the old part of the city and there is a metro stop close by that takes you to anywhere in the city. There are several restaurants nearby covering affordable to more expensive menus. The hotel staff in the main were friendly and helpful and the courtyard area of the hotel is a pleasant setting for relaxing. Our only criticism of the hotel would be the bathroom in our room, which has an old fashioned hand held shower in the bath and not a walk-in shower. Generally we were satisfied with our stay.

We were made to feel very welcome and the staff were helpful and allowed us the use of the room on the last day as it was not needed that night. A table and a couple of chairs would have been helpful to eat our breakfast at but that might have been because we had a triple room as that was all that was available and there was not enough space with the third bed. Overall the room was sufficient and comfotable.

Nice spacious and clean room. The bed was massive and very comfortable. Breakfast in bed was very nice but the selection available in the breakfast room was brilliant. Wish we had stayed longer to be able to take full advantage of it. The bathroom was spacious with a powerful shower and a bath (bit of a novelty). The location was a bit far away from the centre for our liking but it was a reasonable walk to the metro stop which took the load off our feet a little bit. There were some nice restaurants in easy walking distance. Overall we thought the hotel was really nice and we would definately recommend it, but the location was a bit too far out for us.

Very nice hotel, not cheap, but we paid extra for the convenient location and because it had a jacuzzi & sauna. The front desk staff, porters & concierge were very good. The breakfast was staggeringly overpriced and the serving staff were apathetic. They couldn't be bothered to itemize our a la carte breakfast and seemed inconvenienced when we didn't want to pay (expensive!) a head for a buffet breakfast. The spa facilities were nice and we used the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi on 2 of our 3 evenings. However, the miserable women in charge initially refused us towels on one occasion and then gave us a hand towel each reluctantly. We weren't warned but there was a private booking on the Saturday night so we were refused access that evening. We were also made to change in our room rather than the changing rooms in the spa! The spirit of Basil Fawlty still lives on... When I raised these concerns with the excellent lady on front desk (who handled my complaint superbly) she was suitably concerned and rather embarassed and explained that the Spa wasn't run by the hotel. Wish I'd known. So, by all means go, but don't visit the spa unless you're ready to argue for what you want!

An excellent small and friendly hotel in a nice district. Two very good restaurants very close. 8 minute walk from the nearest Metro.

The hotel is located in a strategic position between the consular roads of Tuscolana and Casilina, 500 meters from the line underground train Casilina at Via Togliatti, near Cinecittà.
Excellent choice for those arriving from Ciampino airport, because of its proximity, both for those coming from the highway.

"Good value but a trek"
Pleasant staff, comfortable room. Breakfast adequate but could easily be more interesting. It will take you the best of an hour to get into town (bus plus metro), and as of April 2012 the metro line finishes around 9pm for maintenance work. I would also not class it as a four star hotel - no bar or restaurant, and trivial gripes like air con, bathroom […] fan and towel heater not working. But overall a nice enough place. Read more

"nice hotel but far away from city center"
The hotel is modern and cool Rooms are clean, the staff is helpful but when we arrived they couldn't find our reservation. Finally they found it. the location is not very good, it is far away from the city center but you can take the bus 558 to the nearest metro station, and then go to Termini. when Metro Line C will be ready, the hotel will be reachable […] more easily from Alessandrino Station The breakfast was ok and included in the price. El hotel esta muy alejado del centro de Roma , una verdadera odisea para poder encontrarlo ya que tuvimos que hacer varios enlaces, con el metro y con autobus 558 , estuvimos 2 horas para poder encontrarlo , el desayuno no esta mal no es como en España pero se puede aceptar ,El hotel aunque es de 4 estrellas pero yo lo catalogaria como un 3 estrellas […] en España , un verdadero abuso con la tasa turistica que cobran 3€ diarios por persona y dia , Roma es bonita pero esta rota, carreteras muy malas y la circulacion un verdadero desastre, en cuanto a los restaurantes y bares del centro de Roma unos verdaderos sinverguenzas ya que te cobran 2 euros mas por cada cosa que consumes si te sientas en una mesa , Read more

В номерах очень чисто и комфортно, хотя они и не такие большие как выглядят на фотографиях. Вежливый и приветливый персонал. Отличный завтрак. В целом нам очень понравилось. Также большой плюс, что рядом есть супермаркет. До центра где-то минут 20-30.

Un hotel di visibile fattura moderna, colazione a buffet nella media, parcheggio gratuito, bagno grande, sicuramente da consigliare se si è provvisti di auto, la metro non è proprio vicina.

Vi tyckte att hotellet var fint och väldigt fräscht, samt så fick vi bra och ordentligt städning. Däremot tycker jag att det är pinsamt att hotellet ens kunde få 4stjärnor. Med tanke på att dom micrar sin mat i restuarangen och var överprisad jämfört med andra 4-stjärniga hotell är detta hotellets mat inte ens värt att få 1stjärna. Siisti ja asiallinen. Vähän kaukana Rooman keskustasta, mutta respa opasti hyvin oikeille bussi/metrolinjoille.
