"Amazing!"
Better than we ever imagined in our 3 bedroomed villa. Staff superb, every need catered for with a smile. Breakfast wonderful, pool big all to ourselves, and close to busy road for cafes, restaurants, shops and massages. Villa Kecapi is down an alley so there was absolutely no traffic or street noise in our villa. Just the neighbourhood cockerel to break the silence. We loved it and will be back!

"Great service and location"
The villa was everything we expected. It was well appointed and clean. The customer service was personalised and we thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast and afternoon teas. The kids loved the pool. The villa is located within walking distance of great restaurants and shops and the Gourmet Coffee cafe across the road served great food and coffee. We would go back to Villa Kecapi again in a heartbeat.

"Very Happy Customers"
We had a wonderful experience at Villa Kecapi in Bali. Everything about our stay was enjoyable and the staff were always ensuring we were happy and well looked after. It was my boy friends birthday while staying at Villa Kecapi and the staff spoilt him with a cake and celebrations on themorning of his birthday. Our stay was quiet and tucked away, everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable first time experience in Bali - we would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation whilst in Seminyak.

"Couldn't ask for more"
I must say that all my expectations about this hotel were either met or surpassed. The villa was very spacious, the staff were very attentive and polite, the location was also good as it was near all the good restaurants. Although Seminyak is a bit pricier, we did not regret paying slightly more for all the convenience that it offers. Whether with family or with friends, this villa will deliver.

"We loved this villa!"
I stayed with a friend at Villa Kecapi, two large single beds and the room was plenty big enough. This villa had everything we needed. Its in a quiet location and at the back of the property so it was extremely quiet and away from hustle and bustle that is Seminyak. The property is well maintained, the staff were fabulous, every request was attended to quickly and without fuss, they did their utmost to keep their guests happy, such lovely and polite people. Breakfasts are cooked in your villa every morning with a smile without being invasive. It was always a pleasure to get back to the villa, to be greeted with a friendly hello and polite enquiries on our day on our way down the path. A fantastic extra was at night there is a security guard at the entrance to the property (you walk down a lovely long pathway to the villa) so you feel very safe (not that we wouldn't have anyway) but he shines his torch for you and the gates are locked later in the evening. They also come around at night and spray the rooms for mosquitoes. Its walking distance to fantastic restaurants and bars like Sarong, Merah Putih and Potato Head, and 15 mins walk to Bodyworks. We also had a massage at the villa which was done on the daybed by the pool which was great. I can't fault this villa, we loved it and would stay there again any time.

"Great villa in the less-noisy-part of Seminyak!"
10/18/15 SandilaEkaputri Jakarta, Indonesia
The 4 of us stayed in this 2 beds/baths villa for 3 nights. Hands down it was the best decision we ever made for the trip because of four reasons: (1) Location: away from the crowd, but stores, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance. If you want to be in the center of Seminyak stores then a 5-minute motorcycle ride is what you need (2) Revolver Coffee and Warung Eny nearby – only 1 minute walk from the alley where the villa’s located (3) In-house spa: get treatment with the comfort of not leaving the villa (4) Well-tempered pool. Complete with tanning deck. Other perks: breakfast, wi-fi, open kitchen with utensils, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We really couldn’t ask for more. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Bali.

"Exceptional Value ... We LOVE Kecapi"
07/31/15 JenniferHansford Melbourne, Australia
We stayed at Villa Kecapi for a week during the last portion of our holiday in Bali. We had just spent a week in Ubud were we based all our sightseeing / touring … so moving down to Seminyak and Villa Kecapi was all about rest, relaxation and indulgence. Our Villa was spacious, and surrounded by a high fence with a beautiful lush tropical garden with a private pool including a huge sun bed. The sun bed was that comfortable my husband was able to rest, rewind and have an afternoon nap in the sun, something that he would never get to do in cold cold Melbourne. The pool was cleaned every morning which kept it fresh, clean and inviting (for me the highlight of the entire villa). We stayed in the two bedroom villa C. The master bedroom again was huge with a king size bed that was extremely comfortable, clean and luxurious. The room had cable TV and DVD player that we took full advantage of late at night. The bathroom was well appointed with a large wardrobe including a safe, the shower was hot and inviting. I particularly appreciated the abundance of bottle water. There was a watercooler in the dining area that had the added bonus of instant boiling water … I love a green tea so this was perfect. In my humble opinion the villa was huge, palatial and luxe. The staff were ever present but never imposing. They totally respected our privacy yet were happy to meet and exceed our expectations when asked. When I enquired one day if staff knew where I could purchase a blow-up floating lilo for the pool, a staff member disappeared and returned minutes later with an air bed to my enjoyment. The security guard would quietly walk us to our room late at night, and help us cross the road when need. We felt so safe in this environment that there were many times we left our villa unlocked. We were also delighted to learn that afternoon tea was served in our room each day. Totally unexpected but most welcomed. Needless to say we loved our time at Kecapi. We felt considered, welcomed and looked after by all, with a special mention towards Ketut and Desi … they are a credit to their employers. We would highly recommend Villa Kecapi …. NB: If you happen to stay at villa C say hello to “Bruce the frog” he visits each night and quietly sits on the picture frame in the lounge area. He is the prefect villa guess as he listens intently to all the conversations but never interrupts.

"The worst experience and worst Customer Service ever seen"
07/20/15 dutchrob2014 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Checked in this morning and noticed in the 3 bedrooms no water. They switched on the pump , we went out came back 5 hours later to find out that there is a little bit of water coming out but still no hot water. Requested to be moved as got 3 kids that since we came from the plane didn't shower yet! Now 9.30 pm and lady at the desk has no solutions and GM refuses even to speak to me! There is an empty villa next door but they claim guests are there tomorrow. Zero service, zero solutions, no money back , kids tired and smelly. This is a joke, paid 200 dollars a night for absolutely nothing! Now desk lady promises to come back half an hour ago, give me 10 minutes she says...no show! Avoid this place at all costs, GM is a joke an absolute disgrace! I booked this through booking.com, will complain there as well.

"Beautiful villa, wonderful staff"

We had a 3 night stay at Kecapi. The villas are just beautiful. The pool area is gorgeous, the rooms spacious, beds beautiful and very comfortable. Staff are just amazing, so friendly and accommodating. When we arrived with our kids, the staff straight away went to find beach balls, blow up rings and mattress for the kids to play with in the pool. That was a really nice touch. Breakfasts are beautifully presented every morning. The location is great, quietly tucked away but still within walking distance (along quiet lanes) to all the action. We did have some trouble with the wifi which would be good to address.

"Large quiet Villa"

Stayed in Seminyak as part of a large solo tour of Bali and Lombok. This property is only a few villas, which are private. My room had its own pool and day bed. Came equipped with a water maker, stove, full-size fridge, dishes, etc. Nice large bed and open air bathroom (shower and tub). Strong A/C that worked great to cut the Bali humidity. WiFi was easy to connect and worked well. Price is a bit steep but overall a nice property.

"Unreal!"

Three girls staying in September 2014 for one of our 30th birthdays and wow were we impressed! The villa was stunning, we were blown away when we walked through the gate into the beautiful garden. Lovely private pool, large bedrooms, clean bathrooms and a fab outdoor kitchen/lounge. The staff were lovely and helped us to organise taxis and trips. We had massages in our rooms which they sorted out for us. They brought a lovely birthday cake for the birthday girl. Breakfast every day was served up for us. Incredibly good value too. Fab restaurants and nightlife in walking distance. One tiny suggestion - there are no sun beds for tanning, only a large bed which is fab for chilling out in the shade and a big wicker curvy chair in the lounge area, one or two beds which can be put out in the sun would be great.

These villas have 5 star sizes. The pool and gazebo is huge! Good value for money! Location: about 25 min walk to the famous restaurant and shopping strip and 15 min to the KuDeTa Beach Club. There is some local restaurants just around the corner.

"Hidden Gem! A absolute must-stay villa!"
05/26/14 EliseAmy
I recently stayed at Villa Kecapi with 3 of my girl friends. We didn't know much about the place but wow, we were absolutely blown away! The villas are absolutely stunning! Each has a sparkling pool which is maintained daily and is always the perfect temperature for swimming, day or night. The rooms are incredible, especially the King bed with 4 posts and curtains that can be shut at night and make you feel like you're in a cubby house! The bathrooms are amazing as well, featuring stone everywhere and a large outdoor shower/bath. Also by the pool is a very comfortable day bed which is raised and picks up nice breezes. Also there is unlimited wifi in each villa and can be accessed anywhere from the villa which made things a lot easier! The staff go above and beyond all expectations. They greeted us with warm smiles, made us breakfast each day to our liking, welcomed us back each day with a plate of goodies (fried banana, cakes, etc)! They are so kind and beautiful and treat you like absolute royalty. And if you walk in after dark they walk you to your villa. Also, this villa is in the heart of Seminyak...everything is within walking distance, especially some very nice restaurants around there. The worst thing about Villa Kecapi was leaving! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! Thank you to all the staff at Villa Kecapi for making my stay there so enjoyable :)

"Fantastic villa in a great location"
01/24/14 Jane D Perth
We stayed in villa B, a two bedroomed villa for 10 days recently. The villa looked just the same as the website, rooms are large and comfortable, the bedrooms are closed off from the outside with good air conditioning. There is a well equipped kitchenette and a good sized swimming pool. This isn't fenced, so may not suit small children. Villas are cleaned daily, and towels changed, with bed linen changed every 3 days. The villa is perfectly located for all the top restaurants on Petitenget, there is a excellent money changer close by and a taxi to central Seminyak, Bintang Supermarket etc is $2. We will definitely be back!

The staff at villa kecapi were gorgeous and so helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was stunning. We travelled with our 7 month old and the staff loved interacting and playing with her. It's only a few minutes walk to the main strip of petitenget. There is no room service but you could get a quick bite to eat at the Bali catering company cafe (right across the road) or the patty burger place. We often did take away and ate back at the villa for lunch or dinner.
