The Hacienda was a great place to stay for a few days while in Goa. Excellent service, comfortable rooms, and very nicely kept property overall. The only thing I'd change about it is the location - it's not that close to the beach. Luckily we had a car and driver for the day, and taxis are easy to secure, but there's no walking to the beach or any of the nicer restaurants clubs. Either way, the Hacienda is a great value and I'd definitely consider another stay again.

A very decent hotel. though a bit secluded from the beaches but beaches are pretty accessible from the same A very calm and pleasant environment with an excellent view of the lake and pool from the rooms makes it even more appealing the food is very good we had tried \only the vegetarian food which was good

I have stayed in all sorts of places all around the world. this is an ok hotel. disapointed the wi-fi didnt work and i had to frequent the street 5 levels below for a free wi-fi coverage. nothing that stood out as bad, for value for money below average. but thank you for stay

As you are aware, we had booked 4 double bed rooms for our stay from 10/03/2012 to 13/03/2012. Our arrival time was very well confirmed that, the flight reaches Goa on 10/03/2012 at 6.00 a.m. We regret to inform that, we were denied giving of accommodation on our arrival and we were asked to wait till 11.00 a.m. i.e. their check-out time, as no rooms […] were vacant. The person sitting at the reception was so arrogant and refused to make any arrangement. Though, we had paid full room rent charges in advance, we were put to lot of inconvenience. This hotel is very badly managed and we never suggest any body to stay in this hotel. Before our departure, we had discussed with Mr. Vyas of this Hotel over phone and though mail and he was very courteous and replied our queries. Should say one of the horrible hotel stay I ever had! The hotel is rated as 3 star and I am hugely surprised how did the hotel able to achieve this status. The rooms were small and the beddings were really dirty. Lot of stains on the bed sheets but hotel staff refused to change the bed sheet mentioning they don't have keys to the bedding room. Room […] was very dirty and toilet was horrible. Air conditioning was not in good condition and made lot of noise due to which I had to switch it off at night. Mini bar in the room wasn't working and there was nothing in it. Lot of stains on the wall and the window to the road side was left open with out any latches. No lifts to the floor we resided and had to climb a floor to get access to the lifts. Corridors were dirty and full of stains. Did regret booking this hotel all through the holiday and I don't recommend this hotel to any one. Read more

Manvins rates itself as a 3 star hotel but its barely above hostel standard. Traffic noise is a problem as is general noise at the hotel. Quality of rooms and bathrooms is poor with very poor bedding even though they claim it is of the highest standard. They claim that the hotel has recently had a major overhaul in fact this is still ongoing and amounts […] to no more than a lick of paint.
