I found the location very convenient and close to food and shopping. The service was great and the breakfast is wonderful. The night desk person wasn't as friendly as I would have liked, but the rest of the staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

nice clean place to stay. breakfast was real good. was close to mall and lots of food places. we were ther for a karata tourniment and we were close to everthing including he tourniment site. will use this hotle next year if we go back

Its rare for me to say a perfect stay...but the staff was very helpful. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The internet was quick. The location is situated directly at the corner of the interstate so easy to find. Perfect stay!

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding we attended and couldn't have been happier with the experience. I was very pleased with the customer service that we received. Everyone we came into contact with was very pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and nice decor and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely be back to this hotel.

I was disappointed in the Expedia reservation services. Expedia was highly recommended by a friend and her family. Expedia is the service they use for all trips and they travel at least six times per year. The "catch" (difference) here is they do not have handicapped requirements. Upon receiving the reservations, I contacted the hotel to reconfirm, […] the handicapped status. They instructed me to contact Expedia and have Expedia contact the hotel (for they could not confirm with me because I went through Expedia) which I did and was reassured by Expedia that everything was confirmed as requested. When I arrived the hotel did not have a walk in shower room available for me. Due to an error in the directions/instructions, I had spent one hour driving around and looking for the hotel on the right side of the Interstate Highway. By the time I located and inquired at the hotel on the left side of the highway, (not observed from the interstate but on a frontage type road) I was so exhausted and distraught, that I had to accept the room without a walk in shower. The hotel night personnel, Allen, could see how distraught I was and did everything he could to accommodate me (without having access to a room with the walk in shower). His kindness and concern was beyond my expectations and greatly appreciated! His demeanor made a "nightmarish" evening tolerable. He was a real gem! Merci beaucoup! Read more

We had to travel to Katy, Tx for a funeral and were not looking forward to the visit. The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful (but get there before they close at 9:30 and take yogurt to your room refrigerator!) and we weren't TOO crowded in a room with two beds and a sofa bed. The hotel was average. We are very particular, and leave the do not disturb sign on the door until we are checking out. We sanitize all surfaces when we check in, and do not want cross contamination from housekeeping's tools. We were pleased until the last night of the stay, when we called the front desk to ask for fresh towels. The lady at the front […] desk was rude to my wife, and scolded her because we left the used towels out in the hall that morning. Apparently we should have known the rules. Very Nice and clean rooms , and Very helpfull staff. Good pizzahut and chineese nearby. If you are young and with friends, go to parkway midnight rodeo for drinks and linedancing. Great fun:-)

Nice place to stay. I would have liked cooler bedding. We had to run the air conditioning on high to be able to sleep with the heavy bedding provided. The room was comfortable and nice decor. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is new and the layout of the room is great! It was super clean and we'll stay there again as long as they keep up the good work. Note: Trying to get to it is a little tricky. But you can't miss it if you see Walmart and Katy Mills Mall, you're there.

You could tell this was a little older hotel by the carpeting, bedding, and size of television in the room. However, it was very nice and comfortable for an overnight stay. A hot breakfast was served which was very delicious, and the appearance was immaculate. I would definitely stay at this location again.
