      The staff were so friendly and helpful. They greeted me by name every time I came in and helped me with everything I needed. The breakfast was amazing, and they even packed a to-go breakfast for me when I had an early flight. Definitely a great value for the money.

    Hotel is okay for folks who are not spending much time in their rooms. The bed was very hard, and drainage in the bathroom was very poor (both sink and bath). Overall the hotel needs a lot of care and a little bit more professionalism by the staff. The breakfast was terrible, and the bread was left uncovered which was an invitation to flies.     The Silver Hotel is like a lot of others in Hanoi, they are not luxury hotels. However they are acceptable and certainly central to the old city charm of Hanoi. Probably not for the older set if you can afford more go for it. After saying that I am over 60. Would I recommend the Silver Hotel, YES I would.

    割引率が高くてこのホテルを選んだが、割引前の価格から想像して行ったら、見事に期待を裏切られた。予約時にネットで確認した「ドライヤー」｢湯沸しポット」等の設備は一切ナシ。フロントに言うとあとから持ってきてはくれたが、笑顔もなく不快な思いをした。

    立地は最高だと思います。ホアンキエム湖から歩いてすぐなので分かりやすいですし観光にも便利。ツアー会社等も付近に密集してますし、両替所もすぐ真横にありました。帰国便が夜遅かったのですが、15US＄でチェックアウト時間を１８時にしてもらいました。しかしフロントにてベトナムドンでの支払いをしようした時、桁の大きいドンの金額を数えるのに手こずっていたら「コレとコレとコレ、OK?」とお札をチョイスしてくれたのですが危うく多く取られそうになりました。ただベトナム自体がぼったくり天国なのであまり気にはならない、自分が気を付ければいい事。ツアーの案内やタクシーの手配など対応もしっかりしてくれるので、値段なども含め総合的に見ればお勧め出来るホテルだと私は思いました。
