I stayed for 3-nights and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room rate included daily housekeeping, breakfast, wifi, and a free shuttle to DMall. The breakfast options are American, Phillipino, or Korean. All three breakfasts were good. The room was clean and included soaps and shampoo. The hotel is in a quiet part of town and about a 3-minute walk to the nearby beach and about an 8-minute walk to White Beach. Overall, this was a good value accommodation.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Surfside.......it was good value for money in a convenient area in walking distance to the shops and so close to the beach. The Japanese styled restaurant was really good too. The staff were very helpful and even arranged a private transfer back to the Ferry on our last day as they found out I was not feeling too well. We did not even have to ask them this- what great service!

Location.
Situated near the beach in Boracay Island, Canyon de Boracay is close to Talipapa Market, Tulubhan Beach, and Lagutan Beach. Also nearby are Boat Station 3 and Boat Station 2.

In general the hotel was alright and we had nice time there. Major disappointing thing was their breakfast. It was nothing than poor example of morning meal - only limited choice that kept repeating every day (scrambled eggs, garlic rice, some fish, bacon or ham, toasts, canapés with egg/tuna/chicken, teeny tiny muffins or pancakes. No other sophistication). […] It was included in the price of the room and the price was far too high even for the high season of X-mas/New Year. Otherwise all the staff were most friendly and very nice always willing to help. The room (courtyard suite) was spacious, however a bit worn-out (needed wall painting). The balcony was a big plus. We did not use the pool as the White Beach (3 minutes far from the hotel) was always better option for us. Read more

ビーチサイドではないがコンパクトなホテルで全体的には落ち着いたホテル。家族やカップル向きでSTAFFもGOOD、部屋はきれいで広めでよいが、部屋からの景色はホテルの中庭なのでそれなりかと。景色重視の方にはお勧めしません。部屋のエアコンの音の大きさにびっくりでした。
