"Best service and staff I have ever met!"Reviewed by James H of "Liverpool, UK" on Oct 13, 2011
I was here on a business trip for 4 nights and the hotel was perfectly located for my commute to the offices I was going to. There is a steakhouse down the road and food was amazing! The staff were THE most helpful and friendly people I have ever met. They provided a free shuttle service to airport, and local places to eat. I can't thank them enough!
"Cartier Resort - Excellent alternative to the city"Reviewed by Leigh M of "South wales" on Aug 22, 2011
We chose this hotel as a contrast to the city hotels that we had been staying whilst touring around Canada. Hotel / rooms are grand & good value for the price we paid. Nice pool. Only draw back we had, was staying a Monday night where it looked as if this was the 1 night the restaurant did n't open
"Delta Hotel and Suites Ottawa"Reviewed by Della C. of "Scotland" on Feb 27, 2011
Not to be confused with the Delta across the road, which was causing a lot of confusion for guests. Watch out for the newspaper left at your door , you get charged for it at the end!. Also there was very limited wi fi access in the hotel, we could only access it on one chair in the lobby. Great access to all dowtown shops and Parliament Hill. Very pleasant staff except for one lady in the Sparks bar who greeted our request for drinks with horror and the next time made us wait 25 minutes for a repeat order. Great hotel with pool and gym ideal for business, couples or families. Hefty parking charges.
"Country INN suites Kanata - Good Breakfast"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 23, 2010
This hotel was better than I thought. The photos of the hotel lobby area does not do justice to this hotel. The staff is friendly. The complementary breakfast is more than coffee and muffins and includes scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and sausage patties. The TV is a flat screen. No charge for parking. Some hotels in Ottawa charge $10-$20for parking each day. The hotel is close to the Hwy and to a shopping plaza from which there are several restaurants to choose . If going to Ottawa, avoid rush hours which is brutal. Plan your trip to Ottawa after 9:30am. It starts again from 3pm to 6pm. No parking at most attractions.
