A typical "you get what you pay for" hotel. A fine location close to London Euston train station, regents park as well as the pubs of Camden Town.

In common with most small family hotels that are converted houses, the accommodations where somewhat compact, the shower cubicle in particular, but everything I needed was provded and worked well. The breakfast was fantastic and much better than I expected from this price range. However the most impressive aspect of my stay was the people who run the hotel. Steve, Karen and their family were absolute stars, who could not have made me more welcome. The next time I visit Blackpool the Marsden will be my top choice for friendly service and value for money.

Very nice hotel, excellent location, good for us businessmen, nice restaurants nearby, good staff, clean, free internet, etc... I'll stay there everytime I have business at Warton.

The stay at The Sandalwood was a pleasant surprise, and I am sure to visit again. It was close enough to the Blackpool town centre and a pleasant walk along the water. Margaret and Pete were very attentive to our few needs and the breakfast was cooked to order. No complaints at all.

"Nice B&B, nice town!"
This is a B&B style place. It has parking for a few cars in front of the building, which is not always common for the U.K. We booked a triple, and ending up getting a room with a queen bed and bathroom, plus an adjoining room for our son. "Great hotel"
Vicky was lovely, as was everyone else in the hotel. We had a 2 night stay it was very relaxing and were encouraged to use any and all facilities rather than stay in our room, which was lovely by the way. breakfast was very good and freshly prepared. "Very friendly and welcoming hotel"
The owners were in the middle of painting the lounge area as we stayed at the hotel out of season, but this didn't spoil our stay as the hosts were very friendly and welcoming which made our stay very enjoyable. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. Not a lot of parking available but again the hosts were happy to accomodate us which was brilliant […] as there is no where really to park apart from the local car parks or short term parking.
