This was a great hotel. The property is relatively new and others easy access to the interstate and many stores. Walmart is just down the corner. We went to the casinos which were able a ten minute or less drive away.

I was appalled by the treatment I received from the staff. They were insistent that I be out of my room at EXACTLY 11:00 even though I didn't receive my wake-up call, it was a holiday and pouring rain outside. I requested with my reservation that the room have a tub in the bathroom. No one called or contacted me to tell me the hotel does not offer tubs in King rooms. The breakfast that was offered with the room was nice in selection except we had to wait for up to 30 minutes for the hot choices to be available. Then it was very scarce in quanity when it was […] put out by the kitchen staff on the buffet. It took us over an hour and a half to have breakfast for the long waiting for food. One item at a time was available and it was just not enjoyable. I do not think we will stay here for a romantic or couples getaway ever again. The discription was misleading on the room aminities re: the bathroom. Plus the shower was open and slanted down as so it gotthe bathroom floor extremely wet when it was used... and it was a smaller depth shower. Was not what I was expecting. Read more

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the breakfast. But i admit i am a very picky eater. There are plenty of places near by to eat. It is in a great location. The staff and room was great. First thing I noticed when I walked in the room was that it smelled really good. Decor was also nice.

The room was nice but the bed was too hard. I felt like it was trying to thow me out of it. The floors in the bathroom looked like they were not mopped from the last stay. There were no other problems.

This new location (opened Nov 2011) is a fantastic business hotel. The facility is very clean and the staff were all very courteous. Wifi is and basic breakfast is included in the nightly rate. Location is close to nice restaurants and not far from the casino's. Don't confuse this location with the Hampton Inn South o9r with the Hampton at the airport. […] It is night and day different. Our room was amazing. We just stayed the night as a get away from the children. The bed was so comfortable. Hotel was clean and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We didnt want to leave the next morning. I would recommend this hotel t anyone. Enjoyed the experience.

Upon entering the hotel everything looked great. There is absolutely no sound proofing in the inside or outside walls or between the floors. I could hear the person next door to me coughing all night long, the people above me walking on the floor above me and worst of all you can hear the traffic noise from I-220 all night as if yo had windows open […] to the freeway.
