FERSAL Hotel - Annapolis, Cubao - Quezon City

It was a nightmare from the beginning. The night front desk receptionist refused to send a shuttle to the airport for me because I didnt pay in advance. When booking this Hotel, it specifically said not to pay in advance but to pay when services rendered. When I did arrive by taxi, the same receptionist put us in a room with a broken airconditioner. […] When I complained about it, she acted without care and did nothing to accomodate us. The next morning I reported her to the management staff. We were given a room with working airconditioning. That evening the night receptionist called our room angry and questioned my wife in an unfriendly manner about my complaints about her. If this is the kind of staff hired and kept there, I will never return again. I strongly suggest find a different hotel for your visit. Read more

No Elevator, no hotel safe so when I leave my laptop bag with laptop and iPad, they stick on the floor against the wall behind the counter and give you a claim ticket.. Room was not very clean, AC. Cold but very very noisy. I had to ask multiple times for toilet paper for the roll they provide is single layer roll and small. Frig no matter what temperature […] you set it, it freezes everything solid in including my apples. We needed a taxi and told the front desk the time needed and found out that the porter was in the street flagging down one instead of them calling one and most taxis in the area do not want to take yiu anywhere outside the surrounding area because the massive traffic headache trying to get back. Free breakfast was okay but they only have 3 tables so sometimes you have to wait inline in the very small lobby area. Wifi connection was very good and very fast. Read more

It is on a narrow crowed street. Not the best neighborhood, but it was clean and nice enough for the low cost. The food in the restaurant left something to be desired. Overall, the lodging was a good deal for someone on a tight budget.

Location, Location, Location. You know how it is, you did to get along quickly in town. Fersal has a brilliant location for Cubao/Edsa - all the Bus Terminals for Northern Philippine. It bit on the cheap side, but then again, it's not the High Street you're paying for. Staff are friendly, provide a smile to all guests and in all; this is worth the money […] and you'll be pleased to know, that staff are concerned about your safety and your movement in the local area. 지방으로 가기위해 잼터미널에서 차를 편하게 타기위해 쿠바오에 잡은 호텔인데 호텔이 아닌 inn입니다. 가보시면 간판에도 "퍼살inn"으로 되어 있습니다. 경험하고 나니 구지 지방을 가기위해 쿠바오까지 갈 필요가 없습니다. 왜냐면 쿠바오에서 출발하는 차가 MRT3 라인을 따라 계속 내려갑니다. 즉 쿠바오가 아니 보니나 여러 역에서도 시외버스를 탈 수 있다는 것입니다. 아무튼 제가 경험한 퍼살inn에 대한 정보를 올리보도록 하겠습니다. 일단 위치는 쿠바오에 있는 여러 버스터미널과 걸어서 3-5분거리의 장점이 있습니다(이것만 장점) 그래서 주변이 지저분하고 시골분위기를 잔뜩 느낄 수 있습니다..

立地条件、価格は特に問題なし。 バスルームの窓が閉まらなかった。 スタッフのサービスも問題なし。 ランドリーサービスに時間がかかった。 ホテル外のスタッフ対応も良く、タクシーを直ぐ捕まえてくれた。
