The room service was very poor. They were supposed to start at 6:30 am but never picked up the calls. The bathroom taps were faulty and the hot water outflow was very less. The light was insufficient in the bathroom. The room window had a big gap and on the first day we had to live with the cold wind coming from outside. After many followup they fixed […] it. Breakfast had very limited choice. Liked the idlis served in the breakfast. First day we tried lunch there but didn't like it. Enough parking place and it's near to Cherring cross. The hotel is old and needs a total ramp-up. The walls are dirty and has cracks. The carpet is dusty. The blankets are damp.
