The hotel is very nice. It has a private beach and the location is ok. Close to the Kuta bar/restaurant scene but not right in the middle of it. If you expect to see a young people, find another hotel. This one is mostly occupied by older couples (60 year olds plus). The room I had was large and comfortable. The sheets were dirty when I arrived but after I called they replaced them. Other than that everything looked clean. Good hotel for what you pay but next time I will stay closer to the action.

This was a very satisfying resort, exactly the type of beach vacation you would expect. Their grounds are enormous and graceful, and right along the beach. There were plenty of chairs available at all times. The restaurants along the beach also are ok; the Japanese restaurant was disappointingly average. Our room was perfectly fine and large, with nice dark wood accents. The swimming pools are also nice, with a couple options. It was relatively quiet, not too many kids running around. Jimbaran beach itself isn't wonderful, with the airport on the right corner a definite distraction. I think 3-4 nights here is just right.

This Kaymanis villa was a lovely retreat! The villas are quite large, and private swimming pool was large enough for laps. So most of our time was lounging in bed or the couch, watching squirrels and birds. The service was excellent and our personal butler did everything we needed and more. That made our trip very comfortable. The rest of the the complex, however, is very simple and the public pool wasn't even cleaned well (leaves) and we didn't see anyone use it. We also never used their public restaurant, but again this doesn't matter since everyone eats in their villas! The Nusa Dua beach unfortunately is a long walk down a private corridor to their private section. But we had much more fun just walking along the boardwalk checking out the other hotels and eating there at night on the beach, which was lovely. But the Nusa Dua beach itself is very poor for swimming, overrun with seaweed almost to the sure. Still, if you just want a villa relaxation, this is great. It would be more ideal to have a villa hotel which also was directly on the water with some pretty grounds.

Lovely stay in a stunning pool villa with good amenities and friendly staff. The location is good for shops and bars. Approx. 25 minutes to airport,... longer if there is lots of traffic (avoid 5pm on a Friday afternoon!) The pool was a little cold first thing but got sun all day and the living space was excellent. The rooms are amazing- excellent location in the heart of Seminyak whilst still feeling very secluded from the city with the peaceful ambience of the villas. Breakfast's are AMAZING and everyone at Amana Villas made our stay very enjoyable and special. My partner and I will definately be returning and reccomending Amana to everyone we know!

The villas were very quiet & secluded but only one minute walk from "shop & eat street". No common areas in the complex except for the main reception so you felt like you had the place & the staff to yourself. Loved it so much we are planning to go back next year.

The pool villa is definitely better than the waterfall villa. The water fall villa has a few design errors you don't want to have to deal with on holiday. Bathtub outside means possible mosquito bites and a hot time in the temperature. Outside stairs means you can get wet while trying to get from the bedroom to the living area and could slip on wet […] steps. The other practical thing is you don't want to be trooping up and down stairs when you've forgotten something or to ask you partner something. There's a kitchen in the water fall villa, but why would you want to cook on holidays? The pool villa is smaller, but all on one level and more convenient design with bathtub inside and no stairs. Don't let them upgrade you to the waterfall villa unless you don't mind constantly walking up and down stairs and outside bathtub exposed to whatever weather conditions are about. Read more

This villa complex is located down a lane in seminyak- this is a security issue especially at night very dark but even during the day we felt unsafe when locals walked by. I noticed no consistency with the security guard either, you literally just walk into the compound unnoticed which is scary really other villas I've stayed at checked guests/friends […] entering. The pool villa room is as pictured. Breakfast menu is limited but filling- can be boring after 4 days, especially when all you want is toast. Butler service was not very impressive. Rang a few times for things like removal of dishes, book taxis, turn down at a set time none of these requests for filled or sometimes they never answered butler phone. Took advantaged of the airport service even though they quote US dollars you get charged in rupiah and it's works out costing more . The area has many shops and eateries. Have stayed in seminyak before but I think you can get better value else where. Read more

Amazing villa, great location, just off the main strip of Seminyak, with all the restaurants and shopping at your feet. But tucked away enough for peace and quiet. Highly recommended for couples.
