Quality of hotel service - When we arrived and during checked out, the receptionists were very accomodating. The condition of the hotel is quite not advisable during a very warm weather because there is no aircondition and the area is in the main city so you would hear all the noise outside if you would open the window. The elevator is small but it's better than nothing at all. The tolerance when it comes to noise varies from person to person so better be prepared by bringing earplugs. The room is being cleaned everyday which is really good. The hotel is very closed to all the main attraction in Paris and very accessible to almost anything which then gives you a lot of choices on what to do during your stay. We have the view of the eiffel tower in our balcony which we love watching in the evening specially when it's lit up and glittering. At the beginning I thought my friends would be disappointed with this hotel based on the reviews that I have read but my friends say they would love to go back to this hotel the next time they would visit Paris. Makes me feel relieved :D

Good location for exploring Paris on foot but also very close to the metro station. The service was very friendly. Hotel needs some refurbishment, in particular the tiles in my bedroom needed a good scrub. Also, the breakfast is not worth the price, better off finding a local cafe.

The hotel is in a fabulous location - with shops, bars, bank and a wonderful greengrocers very close by. Very easy to get to if travelling from the train station and within walking distance of Bastille, Notre Dame etc. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful - providing me with everything to make my stay a good one! The room was a perfect size for 2 and everything was spotless. The only gripe I had was with the 7 Euro charge for internet access. There is no lift at the hotel and I was staying on the 6th floor but I didn't find the stairs too much trouble. As the guy on reception said "sporty sporty!". Would definitely stay there again if I return to Paris.

"Military Family"
My wife and 2 kids stayed in the hotel for 3 days. The room was clean and modern. Nice big shower where the shower head is coming from the ceiling. Beds were nice and comfy. Also they have on demand movies which were free. The kids( 11 and 8) enjoyed those movies. It's a 15 min walk to McDonalds for the kids. Also it's located across the street from […] the RER C, which makes you 3 stops from the Eiffel Tower. It took us a total of 10 min to get there from the hotel. The only bad thing I can say is that the WiFi wasn't really fast but it was free. We really didn't use it. Staff was helpful and friendly as well. Read more
"Novotel Suites in Paris - good base for touring"
Went there as a couple for a whirlwind weekend trip to Paris on Easter weekend. Pros: *Very convenient to train/metro (eight min. to Eiffel Tower; 15 to Versailles) *Room was clean and comfortable *Desk clerks spoke English and were polite and helpful *bed and linens were comfortable *AC worked well *microwave, mini-fridge and kitchen sink were useful […] and clean Cons: *nothing in the neighborhood worth seeing *convenience foods were tasty but really expensive; late night arrival so had no other choice *little details were annoying - blow drier was missing (but the brought one up); no refills on soaps/sundries for the weekend (didn't have any extra at the desk at night when we got back from day tripping); never reset the in-room safe even after asking two days in a row; no floor towel on one day (inexplicable - desk clerk said they don't replace them but the next day they did); left empty coffee packets from last tenants and didn't replace them until last day of our stay. Overall a suitable place to stay to recharge for long days touring but not a destination in and of itself. Read more
The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the room was NOT clean. I do not recommend this hotel. As a new hotel, the public areas are very nice, but the daily cleaning of the room is not thorough.

Nicely refurburbished hotel, perfect to stay for one or a few days. Very small entrance to their garage. To small for some cars........But there are some parking garage nearby. "First time visitor to Paris..."
I'm so happy I chose the right place to stay. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and the shower was amazing. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety of food. This hotel is conveniently located and close to the metro station. Just far enough away from the tourist area to get a good night sleep.

Small, brand new hotel, about 3 miles from the main sites. Very comfortable, very clean, with nice staff, even though they are still scrambling a little with their new jobs. There is a train station right outside the hotel, so getting back and forth to the Eiffel Tower and everywhere else is not a problem. The rooms are not big, but extremely well laid […] out, and very cozy. Don't get the breakfast- it's very expensive for a rather un-impressive selection. Belle suite, un confort appréciable, personnel agréable. Les chambres situées coté RER et tramway sont assez bruyantes... Bon rapport qualité/Prix et je recommande cet hôtel bien situé pour une visite touristique sur paris !

Nous venons de découvrir cette nouvelle conception et avons trouvé cela très sympathique. La boutique gourmande nous a permis de nous restaurer à une heure tardive. La chambre était spacieuse bien qu'équipée d'un 4ème lit qui nous prenait un peu de place tout de même... Lits très agréables. Rien à dire sur la propreté, tout nickel ! Calme et sans bruit […] malgré le RER proche. Parking très bien éclairé et pour ne rien gâcher, l'accueil a été excellent. Read more

Hôtel neuf, avec chambres spacieuses, et éclairées. PDJ copieux et original de par ses verrines. Séjour privé très agréable.

Supert hotell, stilig, rent, komfotabelt, koselig stort rom, hjelpsomme ansatte - men litt busy til tider - litt underbemannet kanskje? Elsket hotellet, eneste var beliggenheten, som var litt langt unna sentrum. Hotellet ligger rett ved siden av metro, så ikke noe problem å komme seg inn til sentrum, men om man liker å tusle rett ut fra rommet og ut […] i de sentrale gatene, blir dette feil.
