Didn't like to stay there! Hotel is dirty from the entrance and all around! the parking lot is dirty as well, and some men were drinking beer during the night by the cars. Kind of scary!

This hotel was a contradiction. When we got there, half of the hotel was dark. When we informed the desk person, he stared at us blankly as if we were crazy, then he called someone to fix the lights which took a half hour to come on. The front desk/ common area was a weird mix of furniture with a couple of boarded up fireplaces. The pool was a construction […] zone and some of the Travelodge signs were just banners tacked up on the wall. We almost left. We decided to check out the rooms and surprise-the rooms were nice. It was obvious that some of the rooms had just been updated. The breakfast was almost nonexistent. Other than the rooms, this hotel was less than one star. I won't go back. Read more

I was very unhappy with stay and service. Our shower did not work and having to take a bath with a bad back was not good at all. Our neighbors both sides were very loud and we did not get any sleep at all. They were up partying until 4:00 am. When I reported the shower not working they did nothing for us besides" sorry "and maintenance person was not […] available. They offered a room just to shower but the inconvenience of moving my family and packing and unpacking and we were in a hurry to leave to a family function. Customer service was good. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Continental Breakfast was pretty good. It was a good location for me for freeway access and the veterans hospital.. For a travelodge, I was impressed. The rooms were recently renovated and clean. I didn't expect anything more than donuts, but cereal, oatmeal, toast and Danish were on the menu each morning. They also had juice as well as fresh apples and oranges. Easy access to the expressway, and we easily made it to magic mountain in about 15 minutes.

Not bad for the price. Close to my family place in Pacoima. Walls are Lil thin could hear kids from the next room. Breakfast is what you pay for the price of the room, but over all it's a good place to stay for a nite or two.

We arrived after check in time and our room wasnt ready. We had a function to attend and weren't able to get dressed in time to arrive at the designated time. We were told that we would have a continental breakfast from 6-9 but when we went to the area, there was nothing there. The front desk person was very rude.

The hotel was very clean and very quiet area. Considering it is right of the freeway traffic is not bad. It offers good breakfast but you have to be an early bird. The employee that help me was very friendly at the time I check in/check out. You have to go to 2nd floor for the ice machine but its no big deal you can take elevator.

Rooms looked newly remodeled and very clean. Both my sister and I got desperate rooms with our family and both times we checked in there was a few people checking in and only 1 clerk up front. I did not like the fact that there were no pets allowed there.. and it was not clear on there web site of this policy or I would have not stayed there.plus no coffee in the rooms or hair dryers and Continental breakfast was a joke.. nothing but pre-packaged donuts..yuk..!

Hotel rooms are newly redecorated and clean. Hotel could use some exterior maintenance, but overall it's not too bad. Continental breakfast consists of danishes, bread, fruit and a small selection of cereal... Not very impressive and chances are you'll probably still be hungry. For the price; however, it's hard to complain.

Accessibility within hotel was not good. Numbering of rooms was weird. You have to walk a lot from elevator to your room. 2. No microwaves/refridgerator within the room. […] On this huge hotel, you have to go down to breakfast area on ground floor which is closed after day hours. You have to request hotel staff and they will open for you. 3. Right in front of freeway. Super noisy if you open up your door even for a while. 4. I did not use swimming pool but it was having lot of floating dirt in it. 5. The place was falling apart. I was afraid to walk on the second floor walkway. The air conditioner was horrible....freeze or bake. The breakfast was a joke. I put my oatmeal in the micro...and the styrofoam boal melted. The orange juice was mostly water. The jelly was not edible.

There was no spread on the bed and the room was not clean. there was an old false eyelash on the bathroom sink counter. When I went to thee front desk to ask for anything they could not accommodate me.

no place to hang clothes in room, no coffee no where in hotel after 9am, no micro-wave, no guide for tv, week water pressure key card door mechanism on doors is so old it takes 6-7 tries to open, heater old too hot-then too cold. on & on, why do they try to even have a hotel if they cant afford maintenance.

It was newly remodeled so it looked nice but the breakfast was less than adequate and the bed was cold and only had a thin blanket on it to keep warm.

First impression was horrible and wanted to change or cancel reservation. I had to wait in the lobby for nearly 10 minutes to check in. Instead I asked maintenance staff to use the restroom and had come to find that I had to walk to the opposite end of the building. Good location since it was close to my work. The room was very nice adn clean. I wish it had an ironing board and somehwere to hang my clothes. Housekeeping was very thorough. Reception was available for 24 hours. Their breakfast is meek with oranges, apples, juice, coffee, and cereal. Very nice and quiet place. The room was very nice and neat. Down side to it were just a few. No iron bord or even just the iron. No blow dryer, if we needed any of those things we had to call the front desk and wait a while for them to deliver. Another negative thing wad the breakfast, one is only served from 6 am to 9 am right at night they start cleaning […] up.
