The rooms which overlook the pool have a nice aspect, so long as there are not screaming kids. Internet is charged through a provider.

Hubby and I were on the Gold Coast for 5 days, we stayed at Vibe, Raddison and the Crowne Plaza. We moved around due to rates and some trips so kept ending up back on the coast. Our last night was at the Crowne Plaza and we wished all of our nights were there. The hotel has been remodelled and has fantastic clean, spacious and modern rooms which is always principle concern for me. The location is a bit out of the heart of Surfers which is a good thing and the staff were very very helpful. Our room even had a view of the ocean from the bed and we didn't pay for an upgrade or anything. After being at 3 other hotels plus seeing inside a few others I can honestly say book here you won't be disappointed!

Thank God this was my 1st place I stayed in Surfers. No hassle, everything was wonderful and the parking was even lovier. My only gripe was the bed was a tad short for a 5'10 person and so-so comfry. My key was waiting for me upon check-in and the receptionist was really understanding. Things went really smooth! The other arrangements I've encountered In Surfers has been a serious bait and switch ordeal to the 11th hour.

A convenient locatyon. The motel is in need of some repair - it is tired looking. I was surprised that when giving an imprint of a credit card it all had to be done manually. Very disappointing - no hand towels, not enough bath towels, no shampoo or conditioner, very poor lighting - bulbs not working etc., very noisy environment ( not really the hotel's fault) Room was clean.

We stayed for one night as we were in the area for a convention. The hotel's website claims "outdoor BBQ area" but no such BBQ equipment existed. I can only imagine they meant "Space available for bring-your-own BBQ". Parking space is very limited and getting in and out of a space is extremely tight. We had to park under the hills hoist in the back […] yard due to parking being full up. They need to get their in room electrical devices serviced more frequently. We tried to use a small fan heater to dry out some wet socks, and the heater shorted out every 5 minutes. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. Other than the problems described, the room itself was quite cosy, Floor was half lino half carpeted. Air con worked well. It was fairly quiet area. Everything was very clean and tidy. Read more
