Great location with grocery store across the street, tour buses around the corner and with the famous familia segrada nearby too. Some good local restaurants but if you want 4 or 5 * food you will need to travel a little. Tub station is also within walking distance which makes the city very easily accessible.

Families Beware! We fell for the stunning photos of the swimming pool and gymnasium but they are not part of the apartment's facilities. everything was great about the appartment except for a few need to know points. 1 THERE IS NO POOL!!!!! Attached to the building is a gym and spa which does have a pool but you will be charged for the use of the full facilities, which is 15 euros per person per day. We were not informed of […] this and thought we had the use of a pool included eventhough you would expect to pay for use of spa and gym. 2 Appartments at the back of the property were above a very noisey nursery that had an outside area in use most of the day which started at 8am with crying, shouting and banging of gates and doors, plus the children running around with ride on toys and metal buckets. Not a good place if you want a lie in. We were not told of this and felt unable to stand on the balcony as we were stared at by the nursery staff. Beyond this was a very noisey park. 3 It was hit and miss as to the attendance of a receptionist at the weekend, with them dissappearing for hours on end. When there, they were very helpful. Som andre også bemærker så er alt andet end lejlighed (dvs. pool, tagterrasse etc.) i en anden bygning (nabobygning), som kræver man skal ned på gaden for at komme til dette og retur. Lejlighed er ellers super. Overvej at undlade lejebil da dette koster €30 per nat, og lufthavnen er tæt på byen.

Das Appartment liegt fußläufig zur Sagrada Familia und man ist in ein paar Minuten an einer Metrostation. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich. Die Handtücher und die Duschartikel sind hervorragend und ausreichend Platz für Wäsche und Koffer ist auch vorhanden. Der einzige kleine Nachteil war, dass das versprochene Schwimmbad im daneben gelegenen Fitness-Club […] ist und man das Haus verlassen muss. Dies wäre nicht so tragisch, doof war aber, dass der Zutritt zum Pool erst für Kinder ab 17 Jahren erlaubt war. Unsere Kinder: 8 und 10 Jahre waren sehr enttäuscht. Man hätte auf jeden Fall in der Hotelbeschreibung darauf hinweisen müssen. Von den Zimmernachbarn hört man nichts, lediglich die Geräusche d.h. die Musik vom angrenzenden Fitness-Club sind durch die Wände ein wenig zu hören, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Read more

Vi havde valgt et hotellet pga den indendørs swimming pool. Vi havde vores 2 drenge med på 8 og 9 år, men de måtte ikke komme derind. Poolen ligger i et wellness/fitnesscenter lige ved siden af, som åbenbart kun er for personer over 18 år. Det burde stå skrevet i hotelbeskrivelsen. Ellers var det et super sted. D'après la personne de l'accueil, la résidence est toute récente ( ils ont ouvert en novembre 2011) .La déco est soignée , l'appartement était grand, bien équipé ( très grande tv ambilight dans le salon, frigo , four , micro -ondes , plaques vitro , 2 salles de bains.... ) Bémol sur les rideaux électriques qui ne fonctionnent pas […] ( rideaux occultant à la place ... ) En revanche, le hall d'entrée est assez moche et la résidence n'est pas très visible ....
