We loved the room decor, the beds were extremely comfortable, the gulf view from the patio was fabulous! Very convenient location. We will stay here again.

"Way off the beaten path!"
For one night and just a place to sleep, the hotel was adequate. The room was mostly clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel was somewhat difficult to find, even with a GPS. It is behind a number of other hotels, a movie theater and a mall that is apparently being rebuilt. The staff was very friendly and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Has great potential"
There are restaurants & a mall close by. As for the value, it was great & inexpensive, so I purchased another room for the kids. But to my surprise it had no ironing board, iron,microwave, fridge or hairdryer but most were available at the front desk. There was a well maintained pool & parking was adequate. "The Bates Motel"
The room was horrid. The bathtub had what appeared to be blood swirls in it, making it unusable without cleaning it myself, which I chose NOT to do. They have no shampoo or other niceties. The towels & washcloths are paper thin and worn. The curtains were too short and had about four inches of window exposed at the bottom, allowing anyone to peer in. […] I used the towels to lay across it, after I killed the tick crawling on the ledge. There was a large hole in the bottom of a wall and the carpet was pulled up. The only good things were the sheets appeared clean and I left early the next morning. "Get what you pay for here."
Very reasonable price for what you get. Service at the front desk was excellent, especially from Mary, the clerk we dealt with on several occasions. Cleaning crew lacked a bit, but they got the job done. "Checked out for good."
Room air conditioner ran like an old milling machine, sound was very loud and sleep was impossible with it on, I had to keep it off. Hotel Manager was locked in a glass enclosure after hours which indicated the possibility of security problems. "Disgusting"
Filthy room the staff moved us to even more filthy. Spend a.extra 20 and stay anywhere else but there. Carpets not vacuumed, burn holes in the covers, hair not ours in the sink, dog claw marks all over the bottom of the bathroom door, tv from the 80's with perfect static and i could go on and on. Our first room the a/c didn't work. They moved us to another room where it did. The motel is inexpensive and it was pet friendly. The manager was great, she was friendly and accommodating.
