Absolutely Perfect!! This was a getaway for my wife and I and it could not have been better. The house is magnificent! It was full of history and detail. The room was elegant and warm. We felt incredibly spoiled. The owners were wonderful and very accommodating and the breakfast was unbelievable. Definitely worth it and we look forward to visiting again and trying out one of the other magnificent rooms!!

Most wonderful bed I have ever slept in. B&B was clean and wonderful with many historic notes. Be sure to check out the stories involving why each ceiling is hand crafted from different wood panel patterns!

My husband and I were visiting North Augusta for business. There was a basketball tournament during that time, so there were no "hotel" rooms. My husband found Rosemary Inn online and I am so thankful he did. Wow, we were blown away with the beautiful Jackson suite, the staff, the exceptional breakfast and just the warm hospitality during our stay. Wow, we will be back for sure. You will not be disappointed with the Rosemary Inn. It is extraordinary. What an unforgettable experience. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time at the beautiful Rosemary Inn for our 30th anniversary. The owners are very friendly, the Inn is so beautiful, and it is close to all that is going on in Augusta, GA. We highly recommend it. (The pictures are exactly as it is.)

The Rosemary Inn was over the top in southern charm. I fully expected to meet the ghost of Rhett Butler on the grand staircase in the middle of the night! Innkeepers Kelly and Diana were super hospitable and relay the history of the house (and its neighbor, the Lookaway Inn across the street, which they also own) and their restoration efforts as if it were the first time they were telling the story. Breakfast in the dining room is a leisurely experience where you will probably linger to exchange stories with other guests. I would highly recommend this inn if you are looking for a romantic getaway or for frequent travelers who want a change from the typical large, hotel chain experience.

Many b & bs are frilly old places, over stuffed, stuffy, and overly quaint for my taste....this one is not. Its very, very well constructed and remodeled up to date. Its clean and neat, but still wonderfully historic. It has the feel of an uppercrust mansion from the early 1900s. Many famous people have been there through the years. Innkeepers will be happy to inform you as much as you want. Just a hop, skip & jump to old Augusta, GA., but its across the river in N. Augusta, S.C. I highly reccomend you ignor reviews that complaine about time to eat and other trivia that some people find it necessary to complaine about, and find your way to Rosemary Inn.

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home at Rosemary Inn. The innkeepers were very kind and waited up for us despite our late arrival. Kelly gave us a tour of the home and just enough history to leave us wanting to learn more in the morning. Our room was everything we expected and more. The Magnolia Room was beautifully decorated with outstanding antique furniture but provided all the amenities we desired. A newspaper and fresh coffee were right outside our door the next morning. Downstairs, Jay prepared an awesome gourmet breakfast that we enjoyed very much. We then sat outside in rocking chairs on the spacious front porch and drank our perhaps fifth cup of coffee. Overall, this stay was a serene and delightful trip back in time with a staff, property, and amenities that exceeded expectations. A must for anyone in the Augusta area or from afar that wants to experience southern grandeur and hospitality!

My husband and I decided to visit N. Augusta, SC and Augusta, GA because we had never been to this area before, and we were interested in staying in a bed and breakfast, this was also a first for us. The decor of the home was beautiful. The owners were so polite, warm, and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Our room was the Alexander. It was wonderfully romantic with sumptuous bedding, charming decor, and luxurious claw footed tub. They even had bath salts and bubble bath waiting for us! The innkeepers were very warm and helpful. We were looking for a room along I-20, we found a romantic oasis! Thank you!

Beautiful historic bed and breakfast. Our room was beautifully appointed with all modern conveniences. The owners made an awesome gourmet breakfast. My daughter felt like we were in the early 1900's being surrounded by such opulence. The history of the home was quite interesting and the owners knew all of the details. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the North Augusta, Augusta or Aiken vicinity. Best accommodations in the area. We will definitely return!

Many thanks to the gracious hosts Kelly & Diana. We have never stayed in a more hospitable place. The Inn is beautiful and serene, rich in character with historical relevance. Each morning began with a delicious gourmet breakfast inspired and created by Diana. Our room was charming and provided all the personal comforts that even the most discerning traveler would admire and appreciate. We highly recommend this Inn and look forward to our next stay.

Our innkeepers were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the history of this historic home and the surrounding area. This inn is a beautiful lodging, filled with period antiques, and lovely artwork. The grandeur of the Southern gilded age surrounds you at every turn. My son was fascinated with the story of the people who lived there. And he said he would like to come back for another visit! I agree.

Spent a lovely weekend at the Rosemary Inn Bed & Breakfast while attending a wedding in Augusta, Georgia, which is minutes away across the river. The house, which was built in the early 1900s, was surprisingly spacious with a huge porch and comfortable yard. The owners are delighted to be caring for it and enhusiastic about the area and things to see and do. They also happily helped us get our boarding passes for the flight home and provided guest passes to the local museum that we planned to visit. My husband and I hope we have another event that takes us back so we can enjoy another relaxing visit.

This home is gorgeous and the owners are super friendly. My husband and I stayed in the Gentlemen's Quaters and had a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The room decor and view was outstanding. We had a lot of fun meeting the other guests. This was the neatest B&B I have ever stayed at! Thank you Kelly and Diana for making this past weekend so special!

This is the first B&B my husband and I have ever stayed in. I was a little hesitant but my husband insisted that we give it a try. I must say it was an excellent experience. The house is absolutely gorgeous. Kelly and Diana are great hosts and made our stay one that I will never forget. If we're ever back in Augusta, we will definitely stay in the Rosemary Inn.

The Wife and I stayed at the Rosemary Inn while visiting our son who is doing a residency at GRU. It worked out perfectly. Rosemary Inn is a wonderful, stunning B&B, run by friendly and gracious hosts. We loved the Inn and North Augusta. Couldn't have asked for more!

"Attention to the details"
02/28/15 Tillie W
We have stayed at dozens of B&B's over the years, and the Rosemary Inn is definitely one of the top in terms of hospitality, comfort, and attention to detail. Kelly and Diana have included many thoughtful additions that we have seen only in 5-star hotels: an umbrella, ironing board, and iron in the closet; nightlights in both the bathroom and bedroom; chocolates on the pillow at bedtime; plenty of convenient, electrical outlets for chargers, etc.; a bed-warmer; and a refreshment station that includes chilled sodas and water, wine glasses, ice bucket, corkscrews, candy, peanuts, and freshly brewed, hot coffee ready at 7:00 a.m. The excellent breakfast in the lovely dining room was an artistic collage. Even though Diana was away on a trip, Kelly did not miss a beat as he attentively served us eggs, bacon, and the most delicious bread pudding we have ever tasted. The historic house is as impressive as the comfortable guestrooms. We only wish we could have been there in warm weather to enjoy the inviting, expansive front porch. The Rosemary Inn is worth making a destination trip for ultimate pampering.

"Be swept away in luxury and history"
02/25/15 DCFreeman North Augusta, South Carolina
For the 4th year in a row, we stayed at the Rosemary Inn for our wedding anniversary. We've stayed in 4 different rooms and have loved them all. It is very clean and luxurious. They really pay attention to the details that make your stay so special. We enjoyed epsom salts for a relaxing bath, great shower heads, heated beds, feather pillows, outstanding food that is beautifully presented at breakfast, lovely background music, and the list goes on and on.) The owners are so welcoming, friendly and eager to make your stay perfect! They will even happily share the history of the home, family, and N. Augusta if you are interested. We are already planning next year's stay.

"Superb!"
02/20/15 Greg S Glenview, Illinois
We stayed at Rosemary years ago prior to the real estate crash, and we loved it. The prior owners were dedicated and hard-working, but they were swept away by circumstances beyond their control. Rosemary fell into receivership, and there were questions whether it would reopen. Well, reopen it has, and it is better than ever! New owners, Kelly and Diana, have been the innkeepers for 5-years, and the renaissance is remarkable. Rejuvenated decor, a relaxing vibe, great food and personal service. We've stayed in superb lodging around the world, and there is none better than Rosemary!

Charm, elegance, and the best of Southern hospitality is what we have experienced during everyone of the 3 weekends spent at Rosemary Inn. Enjoyed delicious breakfasts, relaxation on the majestic front porch, and delightful conversations with the owners, Kelly and Diana. Staying in this gorgeous 100+ year old Southern mansion will be an absolute delight and some place you will be drawn back to for years to come!

The house is absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious. I wish we could've stayed longer. I recommend this bed & breakfast without any hesitation!
