"Relaxing and beautiful"
Most wonderful bed I have ever slept in. B&B was clean and wonderful with many historic notes. Be sure to check out the stories involving why each ceiling is hand crafted from different wood panel patterns!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
My husband and I were visiting North Augusta for business. There was a basketball tournament during that time, so there were no "hotel" rooms. My husband found Rosemary Inn online and I am so thankful he did. Wow, we were blown away with the beautiful Jackson suite, the staff, the exceptional breakfast and just the warm hospitality during our stay. […] Wow, we will be back for sure. You will not be disappointed with the Rosemary Inn. It is extraordinary. What an unforgettable experience. Thank you. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We had a wonderful time at the beautiful Rosemary Inn for our 30th anniversary. The owners are very friendly, the Inn is so beautiful, and it is close to all that is going on in Augusta, GA. We highly recommend it. (The pictures are exactly as it is.)Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The food was good. The place is extremely clean. We stayed in the Carolina suite. The next time we are staying in a augusta this is where we will stay.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great Place and Great Atmosphere! Wonderful"
Wonderful! Can't wait to do it again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The Rosemary Inn was over the top in southern charm. I fully expected to meet the ghost of Rhett Butler on the grand staircase in the middle of the night! Innkeepers Kelly and Diana were super hospitable and relay the history of the house (and its neighbor, the Lookaway Inn across the street, which they also own) and their restoration efforts as if […] it were the first time they were telling the story. Breakfast in the dining room is a leisurely experience where you will probably linger to exchange stories with other guests. I would highly recommend this inn if you are looking for a romantic getaway or for frequent travelers who want a change from the typical large, hotel chain experience. "Best place to stay if you travel to Augusta GA"
The most wonderful welcome and amazing breakfast in a historical antebellum mansion. We loved it! Will definitely go back.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very well done"
Many b & bs are frilly old places, over stuffed, stuffy, and overly quaint for my taste....this one is not. Its very, very well constructed and remodeled up to date. Its clean and neat, but still wonderfully historic. It has the feel of an uppercrust mansion from the early 1900s. Many famous people have been there through the years. Innkeepers will […] be happy to inform you as much as you want. Just a hop, skip & jump to old Augusta, GA., but its across the river in N. Augusta, S.C. I highly reccomend you ignor reviews that complaine about time to eat and other trivia that some people find it necessary to complaine about, and find your way to Rosemary Inn. "Perfect stay for a first anniversary!"
From the moment we arrived, we felt at home at Rosemary Inn. The innkeepers were very kind and waited up for us despite our late arrival. Kelly gave us a tour of the home and just enough history to leave us wanting to learn more in the morning. Our room was everything we expected and more. The Magnolia Room was beautifully decorated with outstanding […] antique furniture but provided all the amenities we desired. A newspaper and fresh coffee were right outside our door the next morning. Downstairs, Jay prepared an awesome gourmet breakfast that we enjoyed very much. We then sat outside in rocking chairs on the spacious front porch and drank our perhaps fifth cup of coffee. Overall, this stay was a serene and delightful trip back in time with a staff, property, and amenities that exceeded expectations. A must for anyone in the Augusta area or from afar that wants to experience southern grandeur and hospitality! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Our room was the Alexander. It was wonderfully romantic with sumptuous bedding, charming decor, and luxurious claw footed tub. They even had bath salts and bubble bath waiting for us! Beautiful historic bed and breakfast. Our room was beautifully appointed with all modern conveniences. The owners made an awesome gourmet breakfast. "Rosemary Inn- step back in time with comfort"
Our innkeepers were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the history of this historic home and the surrounding area. "Highly Recommend the Rosemary Inn"
Spent a lovely weekend at the Rosemary Inn Bed & Breakfast while attending a wedding in Augusta, Georgia, which is minutes away across the river. The house, which was built in the early 1900s, was surprisingly spacious with a huge porch and comfortable yard. The owners are delighted to be caring for it and enhusiastic about the area and things to see […] and do. They also happily helped us get our boarding passes for the flight home and provided guest passes to the local museum that we planned to visit. My husband and I hope we have another event that takes us back so we can enjoy another relaxing visit. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

What a treat to stay in a luxurious historial landmark with all the the modern conveniences. The host and hostess are so friendly and accomodating. They'll tell you the history of […] the Inn and make you feel right at home. The bedrooms are spacious and elegantly furnished yet very comfortable. Our suite had a large footed tub as well as a large separate shower. The dressing room had twin sinks with lots of elbow room. "Wonderful Experience At the Rosemary Inn"
My wife Kathy and I recently stayed at the Rosemary Inn. We were welcomed warmly and the place is absolutely stunning! When I mentioned to them that it was Kathy's birthday they took the time to do little special things to make her feel special. We learned so much about the history of the house and how it related to the rest of the town of Augusta. […] Do not believe the bad reviews! Whoever wrote them didn't know what they were talking about. We plan to go back for other special occassions. The Rosemary was just rated in the top ten as most Romantic places to stay out of 28,000 applicants. It is well deserved! Don't hesitate to book your anniversary or other special occassion here or just stay for a night or two and experience the time period from the gilded age. Truly it was an amazing experience! "Magnificent Rosemary Inn"
Could not fault anything about the Rosemary Inn. The only the only thing wrong with this part of our trip was the fact that we had only booked for one night and not for more. Both the house and the hosts were magnificentGenuine Expedia guest review

My spouse and I will definitely be going back. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The staff is very friendly, they made us feel at home as soon as we checked in. The house is absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious. I wish we could've stayed longer. I recommend this bed & breakfast without any hesitation!
The owners were super friendly, the house was beautiful, and the hostess makes fabulous stuffed French toast. It is close to home, but far enough away that it was a nice night away from it all. We will be staying again in the future!

Enjoyed two nights at the Rosemary Inn. It's an excellent BnB. Visited off-season/on off nights so was able to check out all accommodations - there's not a bad room in the house! Hosts very attentive and breakfast 1st class. We would return (and recommend) in a minute. So happy we didn't stay in a hotel.
"Magnificent taste of the old south."

Spectacular columned front porch and an unbelievable double staircase suitable for Rhett and Scarlet. Innkeepers were great as was the service and location. Very comfortable rooms and awesome common areas. Great place to relax or to go for walks. Second time we have stayed at Rosemary and never any disappointments.

The Rosemary Inn is a perfect B & B! Innkeepers Kelly and Diana have missed no detail in both restoring this fabulous historic home AND creating a perfect B & B experience. Lovely furnishings, beautiful architecture, quiet, romantic, friendly innkeepers...these are just a few of the adjectives that describe this Inn. We expected a plush bed but loved the little touches like crystal glasses and filtered water by the bed. There is an area in the upstairs hall with an antique sideboard well stocked with water, snacks, coffee (real cream too!) wine corker and glasses, a mini fridge with soft drinks and more! Guests can help themselves to books, magazines, and info on local attractions. Or better yet, just ask Kelly and Diana for advice on anything local. How nice! We stopover in this area when traveling to visit family. We will never stay anywhere else (except the Lookaway Inn across the street which Kelly and Diana also own!) NOTE: Kelly's whole wheat pecan waffles are not to be missed at breakfast!

This place is perfect. The house itself is stunningly beautiful (yes, it really does look just like in the pictures!), our room was spacious and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, the breakfasts were freshly made and delicious, the location was great; in other words, you can believe the glowing remarks that you read on TripAdvisor. Best of all, though, were our hosts. They strike that perfect balance that is so hard to achieve at a B&B: they provide everything that you might want without being obtrusive. If you want information, they are happy to provide it. If you want conversation, join them on the porch for a good chat. They are happy to engage, but not overwhelming. Their hospitality is open and genuine. Their glorious mansion is warm and welcoming. We loved it and can't wait to go back.
"Don't Miss This Jewel"

Whilst traveling thru North Augusta, we decided to stay in the Rosemary Inn, it's one of the best decisions we ever made. We are not sure what was the bigger surprize: the charm and history of the Inn and area or the welcome we received from Diana and Kelly. Both we just spot on. We would highly recommend you pay the a visit and enjoy this wonderful, historic masterpiece. The breakfast we pretty darn good as well and just topped off a perfect stay.
"Outstanding property, great hosts"

Whilst visiting Augusta, we decided to stay in the Rosemary Inn, it's one of the best decisions we ever made, the Inn itself is absolutely jaw dropping fabulous, the decor & furnishings are finished to an extremely high standard that befits a property of this magnitude. We stayed in the Alexander suite, the bed was just like sleeping on a cloud, the suite also has an amazing split bathroom. Last but not least are the hosts Kelly & Diana, what a lovely couple they are, nothing is too much trouble for them, they are very sociable & made us very welcome.
