Very helpful staff with good knowledge of the area. Very kind to my little dog, who was permitted to go to dinner and breakfast with us. Beautiful view of the stunning lake. Very clean; easy parking; out of the bustle of tourist area, but close enough to still be convenient. Only planned to stay a night, but have decided to make a stop on our return home as well because hotel is sublime!

Loved the place! Slovenia is a wonderful country. The people are so friendly and warm and the prices are WAY less than Italy. Great deals great bargains. I wish we had several more days to enjoy this area. Highly recommend Terme Snovik. Beautiful campus with lots to do.

Great location, midway between train/bus stations and the city center. Hotel is clean, free wireless in the lobby, breakfast (not included) was good. Rooms are small (what room in Europe isn't) and felt sort of like a dorm room. However, we were only staying for one night and weren't in the room much anyway. Added security such that one needs a hotel key to take an elevator up from the lobby, nice touch. Great price, would stay there again.

We booked this hotel for it's convenience for the pistes and ski facilities. We were impressed by the helpful attitude of staff when we emailed them... with enquiries before our stay. This helpful and friendly attitude continued on arrival and we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel is fantastically placed on the pistes which is convenient for both skiing and hiking. The food was excellent and we enjoyed a mix of Slovenian dishes and more familiar foods! We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. by a Hotels.com guest on 04/12/12
