The apartment is well-situated in Madrid. We enjoyed our stay there and frequented the Plaza Santa Ana as well as the grocery store downstairs.

You really felt that you were experiencing the real Madrid in this great location, close to lots of the sights but in amongst the heart of the city, lovely places to eat especially in Plaza Santa Ana. The staff were very helpful and we would recommend using the taxi service, recommended by them.

You cannot fault the location, it's perfectly placed just a few metres from various metro stations and within walking distance of many central Madrid attractions. The "hotel" is actually a converted hostel, on the first floor of a mixed development. Reception is housed in a a dark corridor and is not inviting, however, the room itself was satisfactory […] upon arrival. We had a triple room which included a small lounge area, kitchenette and shower. The beds were comfy but I had to sleep on the sofa bed which was less satisfactory. The kitchenette is adequate for most tourist needs, but they don't supply cleaning materials and they don't clean room every day so it quickly deteriorates. My main bug bear was the toilet. They have chemical toilets so you cannot flush toilet paper and are required to place soiled paper into a bin. The bin is not lined and to my horror, I was told that I was responsible for emptying the contents into the bins located in the street. I should be thankful that reception gave me a plastic bag so that I was able to empty the bin more easily. The other big problem is noise. the walls are think, the corridors noisy and despite the big signs asking people to be quiet, your sleep will be disturbed at night. Avoid room 8. It is right by the lift shaft and main door and everyone passes this room when they enter. Read more

I spent a wk with 2 family members. We stayed in Apt 8. It was a reasonable size for us. The apt backs onto a courtyard. This can be a bit noisey in the mornings. But it's not that bad. The staff were helpful and spoke English. The shower was great! The sofas comfy. The bed was not to my comfort but adequate. The kitchen, although compact suited us […] as we only used the fridge. There was no kettle though so we boiled water in a pan. The one thing majorly lacking was a MIRROR! They could of had one on a wall or inside a cupboard. Location wise there is a supermarket next door and a fruit shop a few doors away. There is a bank on the corner and had a great exchange rate. Great location for all attractions within easy walking distance. Read more

the hotel is nice-the room was a bit too small for 3 people.please check carefully arrival time-they charge 40 euro extra for arrival after 11 PM which is a bit too much.otherwise location is great and the room was convinient

Vi havde 4 overnatninger i marts 2013, og det var et super valg. Personalet var yderst venlige og snakkede godt engelsk. Ofte var der dog ikke nogen i receptionen, men det var bestemt heller ikke noget vi savnede. Selve hotellet var fint til prisen, men bestemt ikke prangende eller luksuriøs. I modsætning til de fleste hoteller så blev der ikke skiftet […] sengetøj eller håndklæder undervejs. Sengen var ikke så forfærdelig stor, hverken i bredde eller længde. Til gengæld så ligger det fantastiske. 2 minutters gang til Santa Ana, 10 min til Prado museet og 15 min til kongepaladset og katedralen. Skal man til Bernabeu tager det ca. 30 min med metroen. I nærområdet er der utallige restauranter, cafeer og barer hvilket skaber et fantastisk byliv, og hvis man er til shopping så er dette også muligt i området. Emplacement de premier ordre dans le quartier des Lettres extrêmement vivant. Rue Huertas en bas de l'appartement. Station de Métro à 100 mètres. Malheureusement, immeuble très mal insonorisé. La promiscuité est telle que vous pouvait imaginer clairement les faits et gestes de vos voisins sans parler de leurs envolées lyriques. S'ajoutent des travaux […] dans l'immeuble de 9h du matin à 17 de l'après-midi. Literie très moyenne, niveau deux étoiles en France. Pour qui veut connaitre Madrid entre amis, à recommander. Pour qui veut une escapade romantique, à déconseiller fortement faute d'intimité. Read more

Não limpam o quarto entre noites!!! Nem o caixote do lixo despejam, não mudam toalhas nem roupa da cama. Pessimo serviço de quartos, e sobretudo uma falta de cuidado em avisar os clientes que não mantém o quarto!!

Nosotros contratamos la estancia con Hoteles.com. En la web no te informan especificamente que si llegas a las 23:00H TE COBRAN 20 Euros y apartir de ahí 40 E, es verdad que nos mandaron "amblemente" un e-mail en INGLES ( que no se que pensareis vosotros pero no tengo porque dominar el idioma) en el que te informaban. Destacar que las instalaciones […] nada tiene que ver con las Fotos, son Muchisimo Peor de lo que se ve, el baño pequeñisimo y el televisor estaba en la cocina separado por un muro enorme de la cama, asi que animaros a tener de vision de rayos X para poder verla y sino podeis estar de pie o en banquetas incomodamente sentados. Comentar tambien que no espereis que haya una persona en recepcion que os atienda cuando lo necesiteis, solo en un horario super limitado. Por último comentaros que las Ventanas no cierran bien y solo hay unas contraventans que tampoco impiden que entre la luz ya que tampoco cierran. De positivo la ubicación eso si hay mucho bar de fiesta y te acosan por la calle para que entres en algun garito. Por supuesto no volveremos y os recomiendo que dado el precio que tienes busqueis cualquier sutio que seguro sera Muchisimo mejor que esto. Read more

Un bel appartement chambre + salon kitchenette + sofa au coeur de Madrid. Refait à neuf en 2010, joli décoration. Des commerces de proximité et des bars restaurants sur la place et les rues attenantes. Notre chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure, c'est silencieux et climatisé (pas du luxe à Madrid au mois d'août...). Seul problème : le parking à proximité […] c'est la galère. Quand on a trouvé une place on la garde le temps du séjour en allant remettre un ticket régulièrement. Sinon c'est les parkings publics à 20/25 € la nuit minimum. Read more

Var meget skuffet over kvaliteten af lejligheden da det var et meget mørkt og indeklemt, bla. udsigt til en baggård med 1 meter til væg. Derudover var jeg overrasket over at skulle betale ved ankomst ligesom der blev krævet depositum ved ankomst.

Dejligt hotellejlighed 8. min gang fra palza del Sol og alle de spændende forretninger. Billederne af lejlighederne snyder, da der kun er 2 lejligheder der har de store vinduer, resten af lejlighederne har smalle vinduer og udsigt til en lysskakt, men man bor jo også direkte i byen, det skal man huske at tage med i sin betragtning.
