      This hotel has a lot of charm, as it is built in the style of the old temples. The staff is very friendly and response to all needs and problems immediately. The room we had was large enough so one could actually use the room beyond just sleeping in it (yoga, etc.). There is also a small refrigerator in the room to store drinks and food items. The only drawback of the room was that one really did not want to open the window shades as all privacy was lost with people walking by to and from the (nice) pool. The location is convenient as the hotel offers free Tuk-Tuk service into the central town, just 5 minutes away. If you are looking for a convenient, moderately priced, nice accommodation, this hotel should be your choice

      New resort hotel, between Siem Reap and airport. One of many new hotels on airport road. Lovely pool / villa arrangement behind main building, also where restaurant is located. Breakfast buffet was excellent, but for evening meals we went into town by tuk tuk - $5 e/w or $8 return. Room I hotel was very large and well-equipped. US $ used for everything - ATMs only issue US $.

      The staff was friendly and helpful planning my sightseeing of the temples and surrounding areas. The pool was a great place to relax after a day of touring. The room was always in nice condition and the fruit on arrival was a nice touch. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. English was spoken by everyone on site, not perfectly fluent but certainly well enough to get on. I will definitely stay here again.

      We just spent 3 nights here with 2 other couples and we all loved it. Clean, good food, friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again. We had river view rooms, and even though the street was there, it was pretty quiet. We heard horns a few times, but it wasn't obnoxious. Fun city and great people.

    good location, friendly and helpful staffs, good breakfast! Breads are excellent! We booked Angkor museum ticket from hotel and even got free pick up by museum car. Only disappointment is there is no slipper in room and the shower water flow is too small.

    WOW! just plain WOW! Small hotel in the low season provided service and smiles beyong compare. The front desk gave me a free upgarde and I upgraded yet again at minimal charge. I had company join me and needed more space. The pool was nice and they served the drinks poolside. I needed laundry done ASAP and the man at the front desk took it personally […] to a local laundry and returned in 3 hours with it. The tuk tuk driver was FANTATIC and when I paid him he said "you are paying me too much sir"! Ive never been told that before. You cant get a monthly rate of $300 if you need it. Just life as its meant to be...afordable, friendly, appreciative of having clients to help. Read more

    일층에 있는 방을 배정받았는데 해도 잘 들지 않고 별로였습니다. 조식도 나쁘진 않았지만 썩 좋다고 할수도 없고. 샤워실도 별로였고요. 위치는 최고입니다. 올드마켓과 가깝고요. 다만 호텔 안에서만 머무르라면 그다지 좋다고ㅜ말을 할 수 없겠습니다.

    Dieses Hotel ist klein, hat aber alles was man braucht in Siem Reap. Nähe zum Zentrum, hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal, kleiner Pool, sehr gutes Frühstück, eine gemütliche Terasse und ein einfaches, aber sauberes Zimmer. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin gehen!

    Das Passaggio Boutique Hotel ist gut gelegen, in der Nähe des alten Marktes und der Restaurants, Touristen-Büros, Läden für Kunsthandwerk etc. Die Wegfahrt in Richtung Angkor Archaeological Park ist praktisch. Bei Voranmeldung erfolgt ein kostenloser Shuttle-Servce vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war geräumig, sauber und ruhig, […] nur ist hier die Aussicht auf den Hinterhof nicht besonders attraktiv. Die Zimmer im 1. und 2. Stock sind diesbezüglich wahrscheinlich attraktiver. Die Bedienung an der Reception und beim Frühstück-Service sind zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Auch Dienstleistungen wie Kauf von Bustickets oder Vermittlung von Massage-Personal erfolgen zuverlässig. Eine Auswahl von ca. 6 verschiedenen Varianten für das Frühstück inkl. "Swiss Birchermuessli" wird geboten, die Mengen sind nicht übermässig gross (kein Buffet). Ein kleiner Swimming Pool wurde nach dem Besuch von Angkor Wat oder anderen Tempeln als angenehm empfunden. Gesamthaft ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt von über 10 Tagen in diesem 3 Stern-Hotel, das anscheinend nun nicht mehr unter Swiss sondern Japanese Management stehe. Read more

    Mycket bra läge, gångavstånd till citykärnan. Standardrum som var rent och fräscht. Det enda man möjligtvis kunde klaga på var trycket i duschen. Hotellet ligger invid en gata och vi hade ett rum som vette mot gatan. Viss lyhördhet av trafiken men inget som vi stördes av.     Nice, cosy, boutique hotel, close to all city markets and restaurants but still very quiet and peaceful. After long days visiting the temples the small pool felt refreshing. Staff helpful, english was good, clean rooms, breakfast staff nice always with a smile, breakfast simple but good (juice, coffee, bread, jam, butter, eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese, […] fresh fruits). Mail and transport service if needed, fair prices. We recommend this place to couples and small families with a bit older kids.     Chambre spacieuse et impeccable avec tout le comfort que l on peut souhaiter. Accueil tres sympathique et personnel toujours souriant. Petite piscine tres appreciable lorsqu on revient des temples. Comme nous avons fait un sejour prolonge en basse saison, on nous a offert le service de lavage ainsi que les petits dejeuner qui peuvent etre pris en terrasse […] au deuxieme etage.     Top Hotel, ist zentral am "Oldmarket" gelegen, aber trotzdem ruhig. Die Tempelanlagen sind gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und können gut Englisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hin.
