Just dont. Terrrible, Just dont bother. Look everyone when I was there "complaining" i had to wait for all the other people to finish there complaining, before i could do mine. Service none, room bad, food OH I AM SO GLAD I WASNT AInclusive. Please just dont.

"Close to beach"
The hotel was away from the noisy part of Lloret which was good. The room was very clean but also quite small. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbours every move. I was woke up several times by inconsiderate guests. There was no mini fridge which would of been really handy. There is air conditioning which is needed. The reception staff spoke to us about 3 times in 12 days. The breakfast was ok.all in all i would not stay there again.

"Terrible Hotel"
Room was not clean, the towels had a foul sweat odors, they had obviously been reused or not cleaned. The service was terrible, I told them that the wifi wasnt working, and all they said was, this is how it is, they done nothing further to help. The location of the hotel is bad, yes its less than 10 minutes from the beach, but its at the far corner or lloret which is the worst end and nowhere near the nice beaches. You will end up with a 30-40 minute walk to get to the other side which is much better. The wifi doesn't work from the rooms, in the lobby; the wifi cuts out every 3-4 minutes, they told me there is only 1 access point in the bar, and for a hotel advertising wifi, this is unacceptable. The breakfast was terrible, the cheapest bread, processed cheese, the juice wasn't even juice, just some sugary squash. Lasly at about 8pm until 12am there is a loud disco, the music can be heard throughout the hotel, I went to check to see how many people were dancing, and there were 2 middle aged men dancing. I asked the reception if it could end early, he smirked at me and said "is the music bothering you?" Avoid this hotel at all costs if you need wifi and/or need to sleep before midnight.

El hotel se encuentra apartado del centro de Lloret i dispone de un pàrquing gratuito de arena. La recepcionista muy simpática i rápidos haciendo el chek-in. La habitación no fue la que reservamos, ya que se reservo una habitación doble con cama matrimonio y nos encontramos con tres camas individuales. La habitación muy limpia pero parecía que estuviera habilitada para usuarios con alguna discapacidad ya que todo estaba a 1’20 de altura. Pensamos que calidad precio demasiado caro.

Симпатичный отель, небольшой, с собственной террасой. Вполне уютно и недалеко от пляжа. Были включены только завтраки. Останавливались не на долго. Завтраки шведский стол, меню такое же как и в другом отеле, где мы провели большую часть отдыха, но какое-то не очень аппетитное. Телевизор в номере маленький, в номере чисто и есть все необходимое, но не было балкона, поскольку номер был на первом этаже. В номере была повышенная влажность, поскольку в душевой вода льется на пол и уклон сделан не очень хорошо. Как таковой душевой кабины нет. Возле умывальника скапливалась вода. Балконы в отеле есть не во всех номерах. На террасе, которая представляет собой внутренний дворик, расположен бар и музыка звучит до глубокой ночи. Имеется бассейн, но небольшой и глубокий. Для маленьких детей не подходит.

"Relación calidad-precio muy buena"
La verdad es que por lo que pagamos, el hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones están reformadas y muy limpias. Quizá la comodidad de las camas y las almohadas no son muy buenas pero el hotel en sí da la sensación de estar esforzándose por mejorar, así que le damos el visto bueno. El servicio correcto. La ubicación no está nada mal, la verdad es que está en una zona "tranquila" teniendo en cuenta donde se encuentra, así que se puede dormir sin demasiado ruido y se puede llegar en unos minutos al centro. El desayuno es muy mejorable pero también es verdad que no se suele encontrar ningún hotel que por ese precio lo incluya, con lo cual, también le damos el visto bueno. Muy recomendable si no se quiere pagar mucho y se busca un sitio limpio donde pasar la noche, que en realidad no es tan fácil.

Acceuil chaleureux, personnel très souriant , chambre et salle de bain très propres et avec un esprit jeune,large choix au petit déjeuner et prix raisonnable. Seul regret pas de vue sur la mer mais sinon rien à redire :) On y reviendra avec grand plaisir ;)

We only stayed a few days as delayed flight and we arrived at 2 am we had no air con in room as it was broken no fridge either which I think you should for cold drinks no parasols round the pool and no shade we had 40 degree heat at one point, few minutes walk to the beach which lovely was very clean the staff were lovely, but the food was terrible we wouldn't of eaten there at all flys everywhere a microwave to warm it up. One day we looked there was for dinner one eve scrambled egg with green beans in it and I think it was liver and onions all dried up. Breakfast wasn't much better. With dried up croissants horrible coffee and a so called fried eggs. Nice hotel to stay at but do not eat in it.

We booked for 4 nights in June, self catering only so I can't comment on the food at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, one night we had a problem with the coming from the kitchen. Asked reception early the next morning and they advised that their fridge was broken. We were assured that this would be fixed that day and it was. Rooms are lovely and clean, spacious and perfect for us as we only wanted somewhere to chill out after a day in the pool/beach and to sleep. The bar is very cheap at certain times of the day. Only 1€ for a lager. The pool was lovely and quiet, great for the sun and enough shade too. It's located in a nice area with lots of restaurants and bars around. It is also only a short stroll from the main nightlife. Maybe 10-15 mins but lots of bars on the way to break up the journey!! We recommend the following bars/restaurants: Piccadilly The orient express The queen vic Rockefellers

Myself and my family have also had a depressing, traumatic and expensive experience at this, what I can only describe as 'Prison Camp' experience. The hotel runs on about five members of staff, all of whom seem depressed and contemptuous that they have to work while 'paying' guests have the audacity to even want to enjoy their stay!! 'Hi de Hi' is very far removed, making guests feel somehow self indulgent, guilty for wanting a happy. feel good, relaxed holiday, NOT!! Our stay felt more hostage than hotel. The management do not understand the concept of all inclusive. How booking agents can allow this false advertisement and supply this totally inadequate 'Service' is horrendous. It is grossly deceptive marketing that does not meet the expectations or standards of the general British holiday maker, ( look at the reviews }. If the hotel management cannot accept the repetitive comments made and to learn and reflect on how to improve their hospitality, food, behaviour and general good manners, to meet the requirements to move forward as a successful business then carry on swimming with the sharks because you will have no more gullible holiday makers to feed off.

This is the feedback i am giving from my stay in the moremor hotel. i really do not know where to start, this hotel was the worst hotel by far i have ever stayed in. the food, drink, and staff where, unbelievable, the food was by far the worst, i can handle rude staff as long as the all inclusive is ok. but when you get rude staff, poor food, or should i i say very poor food and drink, that's really not acceptable. in a nut shell, do not book a holiday in this hotel, it will be a nightmare. if i am wrong, i welcome your feedback. don't say i didn't tell you. we are spending our last night here and i can honestly say this place is spotless the housekeepers do a fantastic job, im not sure if the people who say the staff are rude were in the same hotel as us... if your polite to people they tend to be polite to you! the food is not catered for the British but we were far out numbered by Eastern Europeans and they seamed to like it. the only problems we had were the couple of nights we were awoken by people having a blazing row, both times they were English people!! Llorett is beautiful and by not eating in the hotel we have enjoyed some of the best steak and lobster we have ever eaten right on the doorstep. we paid less than 800 pounds for 10 nights all inclusive and in my opinion we got a fantastic holiday for the price.

we arrived in the early hours of the morning, to be met with a night watchman who was really flustered with our party as there were 24 of us in the group, asked for rooms with balconies was told by the chap yes, they all had them, not one did, he called someone to help him by the name of Roseanna, she is the rudest and threatning reception staff I have ever come across. We had to change rooms 3 times, in the end the room was ok but you get what you pay for, the food is awful but the drinks are ok, but if you lose your glass you have to pay a euro to get a new one. I would not in all honesty stay here again.

On arriving in the middle of the night we were shown to our room to find someone in our bedroom so we had to be moved to another hotel at 5 am we returned later after unpacking we headed to the bar for a needy drink after waiting ages we were presented with our very chewed plastic cup and told to return it if we wanted another drink very limited choice of watered down drinks all inclusive is a joke ay this place I don't know where to begin with the food other than don't eat it its luke warm and just horrible when we complained we were told to use the microwave we had to eat out the whole time really do not go here

This is the worst all inclusive holiday I have ever been on, please do NOT stay here unless you enjoy not sleeping, not eating, and having an all rounder disappointing holiday! We arrived to the hotel for a 5 night stay on reviewing the grounds and checking out the all inclusive buffet immediately we knew we made a mistake by choosing this hotel! Food The food was vile, there were no options, as a vegetarian I was unable to eat breakfast lunch and dinner as the options were all meat dishes (all four of them) and undercooked chips. Needless to say we ate outside of the hotel at every meal which came to a additional cost to us. When complaining to the lady who worked in the food area she did not speak English and brought over the ever so helpful (NOT!) spanish barman over to us as his English was better, when we told him our issues we were told that nobody else has complained and that is all they food they will be offering, the guy was rude and did not care, from that point on the barman was determined to be as rude and unhelpful as he possibly could throughout the 5 day stay! Bar The Spanish bartended mentioned above was usually the bartender on shift however trying to ever get a drink at the bar was virtually impossible and I believe this was intentional as when the bartender would see us approach the bar for a drink he would walk away towards the reception this was pretty much every time! If he stayed at the bar and acknowledged you it was a treat, the drinks where rubbish and all tasted the same whether it was the vodka sex on the beach or the tequila sunrise it would taste the taste the same. On average it took around 10 minutes to get a drink, we would dread having to go in and ask for another as it felt as though we were putting the bartender out and asking him to do extra work.. but what else is he there for? Needless to say he didn't like us and from the feedback we got from all the other holiday makers they where treated in the same way! Room Our room backed onto a bush which wasnt pleasant. The room walls where so thin I could hear conversations in rooms 2 doors down! And that is no exaggeration! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We had no electricity in our room for 12 hours, when we advised reception of this they advised it would need to be fixed by and electrican and they would arange one to fix it, after the whole day out of the hotel we returned to still no electricity when we approached reception again to find out when it would be fixed the response was "oh yeah, well it's Sunday so the electrican won't come out today maybe tomorrow" I said "well sorry we need to move rooms then" the lady then came up to our room, she opened a switch box in our room, flicked a switch and was working again! 12 hours and that was all it was! Entertainment There wasn't any, the only entertainment was for the Spanish bartender and the rude Spanish lady that worked there with short red hair at our expense when we would try and get a drink at the bar they would see how long we would stand there waiting whilst they chat and stare at you making you feel uncomfortable, or they would just walk away to have there conversation and leave you standing there waiting! Not sure what the short red hair lady did there as a job but she thought she was extremely important walking around snarling and being rude to people! If she was ever working at the bar and god for bid asked her for a drink she would stare at you like you had two heads and ask for your room number, then proceed to reception?? Then return to make the drink... knowing full well had we been staying at the hotel all week??? Disgraceful! All in all please do NOT stay at this hotel it was the most uncomfortable and unrelaxing holiday I have been on and this is mainly down to the rude staff and not having being able to eat and drink during this time! I will be booking another holiday to get over this "holiday"!

Stayed here for 5 nights all inclusive, when we arrived we had 10 minutes left to get some lunch for the all inclusive, but as we went in the dining room an saw the food there were 3 options nothing was labelled to say what it was, as a vegetarian and pregnant, i want to know what I am eating. The chips were rock hard and the snacks outside inbetween meal times were chips, burger and onion rings sometimes chicken nuggets with bread the snack bar chips were always under cooked. The food in the dining room was cold when somebody complained they were told thats why there is a microwave. We asked to borrow 2 plastic bowls to put some crisps we'd bought to fill us up before we went out to eat, the bar man said "NO". We ate out every night as the food they were serving was unedable and the same food everyday. The bar staff were rude and unfriendly and were never at the bar when we wanted a drink, i wasn't drinking as i am pregnant but others I was with said that the alcohol was very weak so bought some to have a nice cocktail but they used the same alcohol they use on the all inclusive and charged them. There was a board with items of food you could buy with prices, I asked to buy a margherita pizza to be told they don't do them or anything on the board. I pulled back the bed sheets everytime are room was "cleaned" to find dirty bedding. They forgot to leave towels, when i went down to reception to ask for some i got told we needed to put them in the bath, i explained we did.. waited half an hour when was due to go out.. for them to bring two rough towels and insist on giving the two other towels which had already been taken but no towels replaced. The hotel was blocked in all around by other buildings so the pool was freezing but the beach was only 5 minutes walk away. You have a band for your wrist but also have to take a plastic card around with you to get a drink from the bar an when u've finished with your drink you have to take your plastic beaker back to get the plastic card otherwise you have to pay 1euro for your next drink, so what is the band for?.. The lift was broke my boyfriend let them know as are room was on the top floor and being pregnant climbing flights of stairs isn't ideal we sat by the pool for about 2 hours when we went to use the lift it still wasn't working the staff hadn't asked anyone to look at it, they said "oh yeh we'll try and catch the handy mam before he goes home". All in all i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone we felt uncomfortable and felt like we were putting staff out when asking for something.

Arrived on a family holiday after a delay of an hour on the plane to find that one of our rooms was occupied. There answer was to put us up all in one room,three beds for four of us, this was not exceptable the next answer was to put two of us in another hotel across the road and to leave the other two in the hotel this still not exceptable so they put all of us up across to the other hotel at last a solution. So in the morning we all had breakfast and made our way to our original hotel to find our rooms would be ready at 12 noon. And so we made out way to get settled in and head for lunch as we where all inclusive. We headed for the restaurant for lunch to find a limited choice of food and it was luke warm and a microwave at the end of the food table, not a good start. So then we headed out for the afternoon. That evening we freshened up and headed down to the bar for pre dinner drinks. At the bar we had to hand over our tokens for plastic cups of our chosen drinks of a limited choice, we had to hand our tumblers back to get our tokens back which was very strange as we also had to ware arm bands as well. And so we head in for dinner. This consisted of luke warm soup inedible main course and the selection was only three dishes. We had no option to eat out and complain the next day. The next morning we went down to breakfast to find the same experience as dinner. So off we went to complain at reception the response was no one else has complained and there was a microwave to warn the food up. On speaking to other holiday makers they also complained and was told the same thing as us. Rooms were nice and clean and roomy that was the best thing at this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they have room only.
