This would seem to be a busy place as the chairs and couches in the common areas are well worn, tables are grubby. Staff are cheerful but probably too few to clean up properly and completely. Room was comfortable and clean. Thermostat worked well as we were there in February. Definitely need a car at this hotel as there is nowhere to walk to in February; its on an area that is a light industrial estate but with no noise. It sits close to the main road into Guelph

The overall stay was nice. Customer service was great. My only complaint is that I reserved to stay in a queen bed and I swear it was only a full. Customer service was very polite and insisted it was a queen. They did ask if I wanted to change rooms but by that time I was already settled. My only advice, if you are used to sleeping in a queen order the king.

This is a motel that is simple yet more than complete. My room had a coffee-maker, a microwave, and a small refrigerator. Furnishings were basic but... comfortable. The room was on the older side but very clean. Everything in the room worked! The staff was very pleasant. The motel is located on one of the main streets in the city. I had a great stay! We booked 2 nights. The night we arrived room was extremely cold, it is winter no question about that, but it's not suppose to be that cold in the room. We couldn't take our coats off or take a shower. Complained but nothing happened. Next day, we left the heat on, when we arrived in the evening, the heat was off and room was slightly warmer than the […] 1st night. Absolutely horrible stay. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. It located on a main road close to highway 85. Many restaurants near by. The towers are not that clean. The price is significantly lower than other hotels. Overall it's worth the money.

it was ok just need to sleep and shower and spent most of the time at the ball park can\t see paying bib bucks when your hardley in our room there was a coffee pot in the room but no supplies and the air conditioner was noisey

Stayed on visit to son at university of. Waterloo. This is a good value and not far from the university about 10min by car. My room was clean and the building is just as pictures show. I would recommend it and will be back.
