      I had a wonderful time in Paris. The rooms are efficient, modern and very clean. Very easy to get to Metro stations since its located between two stops. Highly recommend this hotel for the travelers who are looking for a decent hotel in a budget. I would definitely stay there again.

    The bed was very soft. No free wi-fi. If you have a car don't stay here. Some visitors had some problems with the neighborhood.

    This hotel contributed to the worst experience in my life! The staff was TERRIBLE. They were mean, rude and unwelcoming. Seeing them at the beginning of our trip was an immediate downer...especially since we were already experiencing a bit of a cultural shock - not knowing the language. For example, they treated us like we were filth and when we asked […] for directions, to the train to get to Paris, they were VERY impatient and unhelpful. Furthermore, the rooms are TINY. We literally could not stand next to one another - or walk passed each other without getting on the bed. FINALLY, we got MUGGED right outside of the hotel. RIGHT IN THE FRONT IN BROAD DAYLIGHT...nobody did anything. One of the staff even came out to watch. THEN when we asked them to call the police, they refused and told us we would just have to go to the police station ourselves. When we goit to the police station, the officer told us, Saint Denis is the worst area and has the highest rate of muggings. Read more

    Hotel situated in Saint Denis, NE suburb of Paris, and is not considered Paris proper by locals, but has a Metro station. I drove, was easy enough to find with satnav, on main street, difficult to park initially, as no street parking, but they do offer secure basement parking for EUR 8 for 24hrs. Room, for four, was on ground floor with a transparent […] window and no net curtain etc, so we had to keep curtain drawn the entire time we were there. A bit depressing. Room was tight, and carpet very dirty, although linen had been changed. Toilet ensuite and again not very clean, but hot water etc. Its was cheap by parisian standards, and easy links to central paris. But if not on a budget, avoid. Read more

    Arrivé à 11h après 11h de vol et 2h de transport en commun, je n'ai pu avoir la chambre qu'à 14h (pas de service de garde de bagage) avec un accueil moyennement aimable. Une fuite d'eau dans la chambre d'à côté qui goutait sur le bac à douche, un bruit difficilement supportable la nuit. Un petit déjeuner pas inclus dans le prix mais 8€ pour une sous-vache […] qui rit, des confitures industrielles, un croissant et un jus de fruit en carafe, c'est cher.     Cet hôtel est situé dans un quartier historiquement intéressant mais dangereux le soir. J'ai été très déçu de voir comment la douche était mal installée et j'ai failli faire un dégât d'eau très important en prenant ma douche à cause que celle-ci était défectueuse.

    l’hôtel est bien situé et bien desservi, mais l'entretien reste a désirer. De plus pas d'eau chaude pour les visiteurs de 3eme étage. Si j'ai un conseil a donné aux visiteurs c'est de ne pas réserver a cette hôtel car une grande déception les attendent.

    Je n'y ai passé que quelques heures mais j'ai trouvé l'hotel bien situé. Devant l'arrêt du tram et des bus, l'accès à Paris est facile. Les rues commerçantes ne sont pas loin. Réception 24/24 permettant d'arriver à n'importe quelle heure. La disposition de l'hotel est originale. Les chambres sont situées autour d'un patio à ciel ouvert ce qui est charmant […] mais plus ou moins bruyant selon les voisins. La chambre était propre bien que vieillotte.
