A typical "you get what you pay for" hotel. A fine location close to London Euston train station, regents park as well as the pubs of Camden Town.

In common with most small family hotels that are converted houses, the accommodations where somewhat compact, the shower cubicle in particular, but everything I needed was provded and worked well. The breakfast was fantastic and much better than I expected from this price range. However the most impressive aspect of my stay was the people who run the hotel. Steve, Karen and their family were absolute stars, who could not have made me more welcome. The next time I visit Blackpool the Marsden will be my top choice for friendly service and value for money.

Very nice hotel, excellent location, good for us businessmen, nice restaurants nearby, good staff, clean, free internet, etc... I'll stay there everytime I have business at Warton.

The stay at The Sandalwood was a pleasant surprise, and I am sure to visit again. It was close enough to the Blackpool town centre and a pleasant walk along the water. Margaret and Pete were very attentive to our few needs and the breakfast was cooked to order. No complaints at all.

"Very Enjoyable Stay"
The Newbury Hotel was ideally located, close to the train station and bus terminus and very close to the town centre. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic as was the room service. The staff were also friendly and professional. It was a very enjoyable stay overall.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great wee gem of a hotel in the heart of Blackpool"
My partner and I came here for the weekend. Our room was up in the loft and very cramped compared to what the other rooms appear to be on the photos. This was the only downside though - We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!!!! Dawn and Andy were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Much better than a big chain hotel stay as you had the personal […] touch and family friendly feel. A lot like home from home! The other guests were lovely too - was so nice to see everyone at breakfast in the morning and get chatting to others (again, something else you don't get with a big chain hotel stay!) Breakfasts were fab and every taste catered for. A big hearty full english breakfast with as much toast as you can eat - set us up for the days adventures! After a busy day out,it was nice to come "home" and relax in the room (I think we got back a bit toooo late to have a drink in the bar hahaha!) the showers are great and give your back a good massage! The hotel is a stones throw away from the centre of Blackpool, you won't need a taxi (like we thought we did hahaha!) but far enough away so it's not too noisy. We will be coming back - with the kids next time as its an ideal base. Book now!! "good size rooms"
kids liked the xbox in room but hardly got to use it cause we were mostly out .bunk beds bit squeaky ,so bit annoying when your daughter tosses and turns all night and you are in bottum bunk .but overall happy with it and would go back ,just not with daughter (only kidding )Genuine Expedia guest review

This is a nice family run hotel with reasonable rates. They cook you breakfast and dinner (which we were sad to miss). The accomidations were clean and they were thoughtful of the kids. Its not far to walk to the piers and there's a lot to do there.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
