I stayed in that hotel with my friends for 2 night. We were really suprised that rooms look as nice as on pictures. Our rooms were clean, moderm with all kitchen equipment( actually we didn`t use them). Even though that we stayed there only for 2 night , our rooms were cleaned and we get fresh towels. I've stayed here on two separate occasions. It is perfect for a short stay in Paris. There is a supermarket two minutes away where you can get everything you need for breakfast/evening meals. The metro is just 5 mins away and brings you straight into the city centre. Overall excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is modern, clean, quiet & comfortable, but understaffed at busy times for check in. Although it is close to Gabriel-Péri metro station, its a long way from central Paris and getting to and from the airport by metro involves 2 changes and a lot of stairs. Neues Hotel im Vorort. Wenige Minuten bis zur U-Bahn, von dort 10-20min "in Leben von Paris". Hotel ist fast neu. Parken für drei Euro auf der Straße. Bäcker und Supermarkt in 5min Umkreis. Top! Nicht gefallen hat die Lüftungsanlage! Diese machte einen lauten Krach und konnte nicht deaktiviert werden. Das nervte Nachts doch sehr!!!

Hotellet ligger ca 500 meter från T-banan vilket är ett stort plus när man skall röra sig runt i Paris. Vi stannade 4 nätter och om man stannar mer än 3 nätter får man ingen rumsservice, vilket kan verka lite konstigt.

... durchaus akzeptables Hotel. Das Gebäude selbst ist sicherlich nur wenige Jahre alt und architektonischer Teil einer neuentstandenen, etwa 3-4 geschossigen, durchaus gepflegten Wohngegend. Fussläufig etwa 10min bis zur Metro "Gabriel Peri". Infrastuktur (Supermarkt, Restaurants) ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Lieferservice der angrenzenden Pizzerien […] wird über den Concierge kostenlos organisiert, Pizzen werden bis an die Hotelzimmertüre gebracht. Personal ausserordentlich freundlich und englisch-sprachig (!). Tiefgarage mit 10€/Tag durchaus bezahlbar mit direktem Zugang zum Hotelfoyer. Zimmer wird bei Aufenthalten ab 4 Tagen nicht gereinigt. Mülleimerleerung und Beschaffung neuer Handtücher muss leider selbst organisiert werden. Ist aber nicht wirklich tragisch, jedoch nur schwer nachvollziehbar, warum bei 3-tägigen Aufenthalten noch täglicher Zimmerservice geleistet wird. Aber egal... Die Zimmer selbst sind nach dt. Standard etwa 2-3 gepflegte Sterne. Kochniesche und Bad neu und appetitlich sauber. Bei den Bettlaken handelt es sich allerdings nur um 3 dünne Laken und Decken, bei entsprechenden Aussentemperaturen zu dünn. Umgebung ist nächtens leise, was ein Schlafen bei offenem Fenster erlaubt. Die Lage ist gut, 8 Minuten entfernt direkter Zugang zur Metro - von dort kann man einfach jedes Ziel inkl. Versailles erreichen. 2 Minuten entfernt ist ein sehr toller Supermarkt mit vielen frischen Sachen! Das Hotel ist recht neu und sauber. Personal ist freundlich und englischsprachig. Nun zum Kritikpunkt: Der Lüfter zwischen dem Bad und Schlafzimmer […] läuft die ganze Zeit (Zimmer 424) - nervt nachts richtig. die meisten Steckdosen (u.a. im Bad) sind außer Funktion - die Sicherungen waren alle OK... Aber das merkwürdige (wir haben wohl die Bestimmungen vorher nicht genau durchgelesen): Bei einer Buchung von 1-3 Tagen wird das Zimmer täglich gereinigt. Bei einer Buchung von 4-7 Tagen überhaupt nicht, ab 7 Tagen einmal die Woche. Wir hatten vier Nächte gebucht und mussten somit vier Tage mit den gleichen Handtüchern, Bettwäsche usw. leben. Hätten wir das gewusst hätten wir zum gleichen Preis 2x2 Nächte gebucht ;-)..... Daher gemischte Gefühle - werden wohl eher nicht mehr dort übernachten.
