A unique property with personalized 'butler service' made a nice touch. The room was lovely and furnished luxuriously about 10 minutes walk from the old town. The only complaint is that because of the casino, the whole hotel had the scent of smoke, including the non smoking rooms. If you're sensitive to smoke, be warned.

This mid-sized hotel is ideally located at the far end of Içemelder bay, wher you're just a short walk to the main restaurant row, but away from the noise and crowds of the Içemelder bars. Marmaris is just across the bay and a short drive if you want the nightlife. Thee Gol-Mar Beach Hotel has beautiful views of the water, a decent stretch of beach with sunbeds, a great pool with enormous water slides, and a lovely dining terrace. The room I stayed in was fine, albeit the shower is pretty small. Balcony was so nice!

Description of Camelot Hotel - Rhodes

Location.
Situated near the beach in the heart of Rhodes, Camelot Hotel is close to Kahal Shalom Synagogue, Rhodes Port, and Mandraki Port. Also nearby are Archaeological Museum of Rhodes and Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes.

Hotel Features.
This Rhodes hotel offers a restaurant, a bar/lounge, and a snack bar/deli. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in public areas. Additional amenities include a rooftop terrace, a library, and multilingual staff. This is a smoke-free property.

Eventually, people will find out that this is the Hidden Gem of B&Bs in Old Town Rhodes. Nina was the most gracious, friendly hostess. She emailed us... to learn of our specific arrival time, and even though it was late at night, waited up for us. After a long journey from California, she brought us up to the roof top, and served us fresh watermelon and water with a view of the city and harbor. Our room was extremely comfortable and decorated quite nicely. The shower and bathroom like the rest of the room were sparkling clean and in good order. Breakfast is included when you stay here. They are not any oridnary breakfasts. Nina will present you with a multicourse spread of local Cretan cuisine, fresh baked breads and pastries with preserves made from her mother's fruit trees, fresh orange juice that she squeezes in front of you, local cheeses, and any type of tea or coffee (she made locally roasted Greek coffee for us on our request). She is eager to chat with everyone, but knows how to stay in the background for a romantic couple. I should also mention that her dinner recommendations were spot on. The location is within the city walls about 2 blocks from the nearest gate. It is around the corner from one of several central courts and near all the shops, nightlife and tavernas you would ever want. It is the ideal location to get the full experience and flavor of Old Town Rhodes. We will be returning and telling all of our friends the same. What a memorable experience! et koseligt lite og sentralt hotell. Nært til både butikker, severdigheter og båter. kjempe koselig betjening, gjorde sin flid i å gjøre alt det beste for oss. det som trakk det litt ned var at rommene var svært små, spesielt bad(dusj).
