The room had a strong air freshener smell the entire time. This is my only complaint of the room.

My Stay was generally good all around, my only complaint would be there was no WIFI in the rooms. They did have a LAN connection but that was no good for me this trip since I had a tablet and Android phone.

Hotel was nice, staff unhelpfull and rude at times, I had purchased a room that was supposed to include a hot breakfast, and had to argue with staff to get meal vouchers. Also went to staff to ask for towels for the pool and was told if there were none out by the pool then they couldn't help me.

"Best Hotel in HSV until now"
It was the 4th different hotel I stayed in HSV in the past 6 months and it was the best by far; The room was really confortable, the internet was good, the complementary Breakfast was good. We got a suite for our family of five but the pull out bed had no sheets. When we asked for sheets they offered some but stated they did not fit the bed.
