I arrived late at night and hoped for a clean place to sleep. I was totally disappointed. The room stunk and the bed linen was dirty. I slept on the couch and still woke up feeling dirty. There was no hot water when I attempted to shower. I called the front desk and the attendants moved me to a different room. The second room was cleaner and had hot […] water but the AC stopped working. On top of all that, I am a non-smoker and both rooms had ashtrays in them(I had requested a non-smoking room). Not bad for the buck but the hotel is located next to a club where the music is so loud I could hear the bass over my TV and it kept me up until two in the morning. The breakfast didn't have very many choices and the staff would make a lot of noises when cleaning the rooms next to mine. Our room was large and equipped with a flat screen tv, coffee maker, ect. The room was quiet since many surrounding rooms were empty. It was close to the business center and not far from the army post. I was skeptical of staying in a Days Inn to begin with but it was only for a night. I saw pictures online it it seemed to be ok, it also stated it had been just renovated so I thought that it would at least be new and clean. The smell of what I think was cat urine perhaps was very strong when we walked into the room, there was visible filthy spots all […] over the carper. A large dead beetle , @ 3" long, was lying in the middle of the bathroom floor. The tub was brown inside and had a slip proof mat in it that had turned gray and moldy. My daughter was sick the first night at the hotel. I asked for extra towels the next morning when housecleaning came by and they didn't respond. I called the front desk who told me housekeeping had until 3pm to fulfill my request for extra towels. What?! With a sick that attitude was unacceptable. I will not be staying here again.

This hotel is nasty. They have all new furniture installed but the rooms smell and I was actually AFRAID to use the shower and toilet. I'm not sure how it has as high of a rating as it does. I probably would've been just as comfortable or more comfortable if I had lived out of my car during my stay.

I have stayed in this hotel six times and just booked my seventh stay. The condidtion of the hotel is good. It appears it has been recently remodeled. It is not a 4 or 5 star hotel so don't expect it to be. For the price it is the best I have found in Hinesville. The staff are courtious and pleasant to deal with. The only problem I have had is that […] there wasn't an ashtray in my smoking room but the manager brought two ashtrays to my room within minutes of notifying them. The appearance of the rooms are decent and it was dark when I got there. Im not sure about the outside, but the bathroom in two different rooms were not clean. I dont feel the hotel is in a safe area. Would not recommend a woman especially an African American travel alone there.

The staff was most friendly, but we went to Hinesville with two intentions in mind. One, to visit our daughter who had recently relocated there with her husband who is in the U.S. Army, and enjoy our first spring break ever. Unfortunately, the pool was closed because "it was not pool season yet," despite the fact that the temperatures were in the upper […] 80's and 90"s the entire week. When the manager was asked the reason behind the closure, that was his response. The room itself was excellent however the restroom floors, toilet facilities and the tub were in need of extensive cleaning. We actually went out to the local Walmart and purchased cleaning supplies so we could use the facilities for the first time. We remained there only because the room was non refundable. I believe that the hotels listed in Hotels.com should specify whether or not the pool and/or hot tub facilities will be seasonal or not. Our children were most disappointed. Quality Inn should seriously review and update their hotels to bring them up to the 21st century. This is not the first time this has happened at a Quality Inn. Read more

First, I have to say that I'm not a hotel snob. At all. I don't spend much time in hotels, so I look for a clean/safe place to sleep. I spent more for this hotel than some others in the area. I won't make that mistake again when I'm passing through. The hotel was nice enough. Half way clean... like you could tell it was kinda cleaned, but housekeeping […] didn't really care. That kind of neglect will make it pretty rough in years/months to come. It was ok enough, though, if you don't like a steady water temperature. My main issue was the clientele. It seemed to be home base for a lot of migrant and construction workers. The hotel was completely filled with them. They were respectful enough, but if I were a woman traveling alone I'd never stay there. Ever. It just felt unsafe. I was fairly certain I'd come out to a busted car window the next morning. Luckily all was fine. Also, those workers are in bed early... and they're up VERY early. And they talk loud. And have loud trucks. No way you're sleeping in there. I just can't recommend this hotel. While this is the best value in Hinesville the location is very outdated and the rooms are not well kept. The blinds in my room didn't close all the way and getting extra towels was an obstacle. If you are willing to "rough it" for the weekend, this is a great place to stay. If your looking for a better quality hotel, this is not the place to stay.
