difficult to contact outside of "reception hours" and even during reception hours i didn't actually see a receptionist. clean room, clean bathroom, hot water. cheap and cheerful. exactly what you pay for.

the bathroom was clean but an eye for detail would have made it cleaner. there was grime behind the toilet stand. the Kitchen bench also needed a better wipe over as it was sticky. I liked my stay very much, it was fun. the only problem was the traffic noise from James Ruse Drive. I will take ear plugs next time

Student dorm. You get what you pay for. Room was dusty and had stuff leftover on the shelves. Bed was comfy. 2 bathrooms for 6 rooms on the floor; one of the showers was filthy as, but at least the other one wasn't as bad. Soap, shampoo and toilet paper supplied. It is very centrally located near an area with cafes and restaurants. The apartment was big. It is student accommodation so it is very basic. No TV or diswasher. No broom or basic cleaning products. They refresh the rooms every 3 days and change linen once a week. Cleaning needs to be improved but on the whole is good for a short stay with kids.

Not a hotel - semester break university student accommodation - paid parking is a problem and you have to lug belongings a long way. I found free overnight parking on a nearby street. How dare you call this a 'hotel'!! It's a student accommodation! Shower across the corridor, no waste paper basket in the room, no coat hangers, no doors in front of the wardrobe, no tv, light switch across the room, none above your bed.
