      I stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was helpful, rooms clean, very comfortable and safe. I liked staying off the beaten path, it was very quiet but close to the restaurants and shopping. For the price, this place can't be beat!

      The hotel is located in a very good place, just 15 min ($6 - $8) from the airport. The personal was very friendly, smooth check in & out and taxi just in time the following morning. My only problem was with the "Welcome Cocktail" because it was a Sunday and Ecuador laws prohibit drinking (selling) alcohol on Sundays so our "free ($7.00) welcome drinks" were substitute with a $.99 sprite...

      The first time we stayed here, the room was small sand stuffy. And, there was no hot water. We stayed a second time, because I booked a room when we arrived in Quito, and a room for the night before we left. Te second time was so much better. It was a big room, and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast was very good, and the breakfast room on the fourth room was wonderful. The staff was helpful and courteous as well.

    The stay was just fine, but what made it especially good was the concierge Augustin. He was very accommodating. He stored our large pieces of luggage... in a locked room, so we didn't have to lug everything up to the room for overnight. He carried our small bags up to the room, and made sure we were all set with towels and remote control for the TV, and then came back up again to help us with something else. He was kind enough to give us a wake up call at 5:30 as we requested and helped us bring our large heavy bags out to the taxi in the morning. We were very happy with the service.     Dirty beds, stained covers....bad smell. Internet only works in the lobby. Breakfast not available until after 8am. Next time I'll spend a few more dollars and get something better.

    wir haben fuer eine nacht dort uebernachtet, weil es in der naehe des flughafens ist. die rezeption war sehr nett und konnte englisch. das zimmer ist sehr zweckmaessig und alt, aber soweit es geht sauber. natuerlich nicht mit einem sternehotel zu vergleichen und wenn man penibel ist, sollte man dort nicht uebernachten, aber fuer eine nacht hat es gereicht. […] praktisch ist, dass dort eine minute fussweg entfernt ein grosses einkaufszentrum ist und ein park, in dem man die einheimischen kennenlernen kann. der flur des hotels hat kein gelaender, das gaebe es in deutschland nicht :-).
