not a good experience lousy service room is not presentable and dirty.. bed is not comfortable. Both me and my husband had a hard time sleeping because of the bed.

At check-in we asked what time the continental breakfast would be available. We were then told that the facility was under construction and would not be available for our stay. This is something that I look for and think that they should be informing their customers "prior" to booking if this is important to a customer.

Staying in budget is always a major concern. I thought for the amount of the room it could have been more updated. It was terribly date but it was pretty clean and there was alot of room. I mean alot! A separate room for the refrigerator and microwave. You are close to shops and restaurants but it is also a mixture of businesses and a bit of residential […] too. no plug for sink. No disposable glasses/cups in bathroom. No facial tissue in bathroom. Bathroom door doesn't close (it appeared to have been KICKED IN near the lock, and repaired with a couple of screws to hold the splintered wood together). One electrical outlet with no baseplate; wires visible. Another baseplate was scorched...looked like an electrical […] discharge. TV was old style, bulky, with buttons at bottom to change channels and volume. A remote was provided but neither the remote nor the buttons on the TV worked. Microwave was rusty inside. I pulled up and thought 'oh no' but I checked in and went into my room and was very pleasantly surprised it wad huge with all the amenities and very clean! Very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay there again. Weirdest thing about the place...you have to pay for ice....but other than that all good

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to it was dirty smelly run down with an unfriendly front desk ( and that was before we viewed the rooms) it was so bad we checked in saw the disgraceful room and within an hour we had booked another hotel... I wouldn't even let our pet dog sleep there .... Disgusted !!!!!

This hotel is not in a very good neighborhood. The front office is always locked and you have to buzz to get in there, even during the day. The hotel was remodeled within the past 5 years according to other reviews I have found online. However, I do not know why they put carpet back in the room if that is the case since carpet stains so easily.
