We stayed for one night to run the Hyannis Marathon. The hotel is basic, clean and inexpensive. Perfect for a one night stop over. The staff were lovely, super helpful and friendly, both when I had to call ahead with questions and during our stay. It was a bit tricky to control the heat. If we turned the heat on it got very hot very quickly and then we had to turn it off and let it get cool again before starting the process again :-) Overall, good value and we would stay again. Thank you so very much to the desk staff who allowed us to check out a little late because we were freezing cold and soaked through after the marathon - very much appreciated :-)

We all loved the outdoor heated pool!! Didn't even realize they had one until we got there. Very clean rooms and everything you need right at the Hotel. The kids loved the arcade and live animal show they had on Saturday night. Hotel was convienent to stay in for the Hyannis Half Marathon!

Enjoyed my stay. It was a good price for a decent room. Breakfast would have been nice, but plenty of options nearby to walk to.

The Doubletree Hyannis is a great value... very well appointed for this price point of a hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were there for the Hyannis marathon and were offered a 3 pm checkout without even having to ask for it... not to mention the warm cookies. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The only drawback to this hotel is that it is in a "strip mall" setting with nothing really within walking distance.

The reception staff was excellent and gave me a lot of good advice as to where to eat and where to visit in the Chatham area and Cape Cod generally. "Basic but clean"
The motel was fairly ordinary.. The good part was it was fairly quiet though the walls were a bit thin. The decor was dated...it was a bit out of the main area so a short drive to the town. Et gammelt historisk hotell med klassisk Britisk stil i hjertet av Chatham. Et veldig koselig hotel med alt det man trenger, samt svømmebasseng og gåavstand til sentrum. Selv om prisene på Cape Cod er stive, så er dette et veldig godt valg.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
